I would like to thanks the entire team.of Hotel Mira. The staffs, cleanliness of hotel, hygiene food and the immediate support and their efforts to make comfortable to the guest is really amazing. It was a great experience over here. The level of hygiene they maintain is really highly appreciated. The most importantly location. Just infront of Dwarka sector 13 Metro station reliance is just 30Mtr away .can avail evening easily.

I have an opportunity to say thanks to Hotel Mira International, I had one function in Nov'24 and experienced excellent hospitality. They had arranged entire things according to our requirement. Entire hotel staff was cooperative, especially Mr. Arvind Saxena's support was very good. Again, my family joins me to say thanks to Hotel Mira International team for excellent hospitality. They provide a good stay in amount. The rooms were pretty good as compared to the price, good lighting is there you've options to choose between warm and cool lights. Rooms are with a balcony view. The washrooms are pretty clean and nice. All the electric appliances were in good condition. The staff behaviour was also nice. Would suggest this place for stays. It's located opposite Reliance Mall sec 13 Dwarka. Parking is available however limited but their staff will help you out to locate parking.

Pathetic hotel, we booked 7-8 rooms and not a single room had a AC that was working,,, no cleanliness full of mosquitoes,,, untrained staff

The only good thing about the hotel is location and nothing else. We had this hotel booked for my in laws and guest for my wedding and the hotel staff during booking over promised a lot of things such as non veg will be available, and meals for lunch can be prepared at request. However we were only disappointed once the guests arrived and even after prior informing kitchen staff at the last minute declined the non veg option and only made whatever was available. This happened constantly throughout the 5 day stay.

The hotel staffs behaved very bad with us. I booked till 8th March but they asked me to check outbon 3rd. Excuse was they are starting renovation. Actual fact found that they have allotted the room to a newly wed couple whose relatives are staying close to my room. Their staffs disclosed the actual fact. I expected they should inform me in advance n allot any other room. Very upset n without any staffs help I left the hotel. Praying to GOD that this business should close or run down due to harassing me like this. Cursing them whole heartedly.

NEEDS too.much improvement ! I had to spend one night at the hotel. Checked in at 8pm and ejected at 7.30 am next morning Here are the issues A) Washroom window was sealed and had no exhaust fan working in room 205. Net result bad. It was a washroom without a window and stinky B) Free breakfast very very sad.Despite repeated reminders during checkin that I needed a breakfast at 7 am nothing provided. After my anger they said only one boiled egg can be given. If you want a glass of milk they say pay up. Not free C) Staff is polite. But overall maintenance and management needs to be much much better
