Nice room, service is in a very good location, 1.8 km from metro sector 10 and from 16 km from airport

This is very nice and clean dwelling in dwaraka Delhi. The rooms are clean, location is around DDA park with lots of peacocks around and very peaceful. There is one issue which needs to be addressed by the owners. Replace the arrogant Jagdish as mentioned by few others residents. He is rude, uncaring and swindles in many ways 1. He cheats by not giving soaps, toiletries 2. Doesn't give enough towels and doesn't replenish them ( we stayed for 3 days and got 1 towel) 3. Does not give the front facing rooms even if they are empty. He is caustic for the property

We have booked our stay here after checking good reviews in MMT and Google. They seems to be false and fake paid ratings! The place is pathetic and not at all clean..AC is super old and throwing very bad smell and hell lot of mosquitos. Wardrobe and Bathtub were not at all cleaned

Located in Dwarka, New Delhi close to the Delhi Airport and also at one kilometre distance from blue line Metro Station Dwarka Sector 10. I like this hotel most because this is really quite a nice place to stay. Service is good, Lift available and rooms are clean and comfortable. Meal prepared in a small kichen. Fresh, clean & hygienic home like food on order in advance, late time order not accepted. Good for family, safe with all basic amenities & Good environment.

When we arrived we thought we had made a big mistake: you enter through the garage! Once inside though you realise this is really quite a nice place to stay after all. Service is good, there is a lift (highly unusual) and rooms are clean and have everything in them you would expect. Our evening meal was prepared fresh: it was delicious and exceptionally good value but no choice. We ate with a long term resident and had a very interesting conversation. The overall feeling was that this was a homestay and not a hotel. Our early morning trip to the airport was arranged by the staff without issue. Overall a decent place with a low price to stay near the airport and in quite a clean parkland-type neighbourhood, but do not expect too much or you will be disappointed!

I was on a tight budget travelling from London. I would definitely give Mehra residency hotel a higher star rating. What impressed me was that the Hotel is about 20 mins from the airport. I arrived at about 3am to be met by a friendly night staff. It has a big lift service. Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds with clean linen. All staff are very friendly. Great shopping malls 15min away in sector 7&11. Away from the city. My room had a great view. It felt that I was in paradise away from the concrete jungle cities. It is located in a very quiet peaceful location. Exactly what I needed. Plenty of local parks for walks with plenty of peacocks roaming around. Parks have basic training equipment fitted in them. Less then a minute away there is a cafe type place (Dhaba) which serves great food at a reasonable price & is open 24Hrs of the day. This has been a life saver on so many middle of the night cravings.||||The owner of the hotel was so concerned that I was eating outside that he even asked his staff to cook my meals daily. All staff are so accommodating. Good fast free wifi. Rooms are very spacious. I had planned to stay for 2 day initially. I extended my stay to 2 weeks and will be definitely be returning to this heaven place next time I am in Delhi. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. It is ideal for even bringing children. The place is manned 24hrs with security and cameras throughout the building. I could not have picked a better hotel for the price.

This hotel is situated in a very quiet locality, cut off from the noise and pollution of the main road. Itc welcomhotel is less than a kilometer apart. The staff here is very cooperative and courteous. Hot water is available all round the clock. I loved the bathroom. The rooms are on the smaller side, but on the plus side you get a balcony! One thing I didn't like was the bed. Two single beds adjacent to each other, but with a large deep crevice in between them. I always sleep on a queen size double bed. You can order food from outside. Local ids not accepted. Free wifi available.

|We stayed about a month in September - October 2018 when our house was getting renovated. The stay was very comfortable and was like home stay. The housekeeping is superb. All the staff members are very helpful and are decent in behavior. Mr Jagdish Negi, the manager of the facility is very accommodating and goes beyond lines to help the guests. The food served is very good and tasty just like home food. The hotel is in a quite location with a shopping area nearby.||Kamal Kumar |
