Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi

Stay was good . Breakfast average. The bakery items were stale and rubbery. The hotel is ideally located so easy to move across the city. Staff is friendly and courteous. Well maintained pool. Stayed here 2 nights as a split stay on your travel across north India

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The property is spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally supportive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was another highlight--delicious and freshly prepared with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and great dining options. I will definitely be returning! v

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, including the pool, were well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was perfect--close to major attractions and restaurants. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and top-notch service. Can't wait to visit again!

The restaurant staff, chef and managers were amazing and the food delicious. Naveen and Kunal were very helpful and organised any dish we wanted; even those which were not on the menu. The chef cooked the dishes with very tender care.thank u all.

Had a great time. Service and food quality was great, Rahul in particular was very helpful and interested in taking care of anything. The atmosphere was very peaceful and clean, and there were several food options across the menu all from various cuisines.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend||I stayed at **Hyatt Centric Delhi** with my parents in late April, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've ever had -- especially shocking given the Hyatt brand reputation.||From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was not operating at expected standards. The **room was in poor condition**: the towel had hair on it, the floor was unclean, and the door didn't even close properly. Despite the staff being polite, there was a **visible shortage of staff**, leading to long delays -- even to get basic help with luggage at check-in. It was difficult to tell who were staff and who were guests, and there was a **lack of professionalism and proper training** among team members.||The lobby and common areas were extremely crowded and chaotic, more like a **metro station** than a hotel, and there was a constant **bad odor** throughout the building. The **photos online are completely misleading** -- the reality was far from what's portrayed on travel websites and booking platforms.||We were informed that the hotel is undergoing renovation, but that cannot justify the poor condition and environment. The **infrastructure was poorly maintained**, creating an eerie and uncomfortable atmosphere. Sadly, the conditions even **impacted our health** -- after dinner at the hotel, my parents became sick and we had to cut short our stay, moving to **Hyatt Regency**, which thankfully offered a far superior experience.||While we appreciate that the remaining nights were refunded and a future upgrade was offered, I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler, especially not to those traveling with family or from abroad expecting comfort and care.||Hyatt Centric Delhi has a **long way to go in terms of cleanliness, service quality, staff training, and guest comfort**. Until major improvements are made, I would advise looking elsewhere.

The location is perfect, the property is beautifully maintained, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay.||||A special shoutout to Ishan, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. His warm hospitality, local recommendations, and attention to detail really stood out. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.||||Highly recommend Hyatt Centric for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. Can't wait to return!
