Location of this Hotel is really good. But it's an average hotel. They do not focus on cleanliness and Hygiene. Rooms are also average.

I ahd a three day trip but checked out of the hotel after a day. Location is good but rooms aren't maintained. No latch in bathroom. No hot water as claimed. Breakfast is arranged from outside stalls may be. Staff is too slow.

The room was not cleaned properly. The location is very good as it is near to metro station karol bagh, but the room was not properly cleaned.. good for 1 day.

50 min from Yashobhomi dwarka using metro. Room was clean located just 4 min walks outside karol bagh metro station.

I recently checked in this hotel and it was one of my most comfortable visit ever. Rooms are very clean and properly ventilated. Also the rooms were quite spacious. The hotel servicing was very welcoming and were always trying their best to provide their cooperation very well. Also the hotel is well connected with the nearby metro station as well with proper on-road connectivity. I rate this hotel a solid 5/5.

Decent for one night stay for work purposes at reasonable rate. Located near karol bagh metro station.

Wrost experience ever. Had stayed here for 15days due to medical emergency. They agreed for lower rate while we were checking but during check out they asked 2x the price without any explanation. After alot of heated argument finally they agreed that they were wrong with 0 explanations. The staff doesn't clean the room and washroom regularly despite frequent request. Very rude and aggressive behaviour have no sense of how to talk to someone Highly not recommended to anyone coming here there are far better hotels nearby.

Poor staff and very rude behaviour also very bad service. We left the room with in 2 hour after check in as the rooms are so smelly and even after asking to change it the denied and ask us to left. Very negative vibe in this hotel
