Completely Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at Red Castle hotel and I regret choosing it. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. First of all it didn't looked at all how the photos are shown these are really old photos. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and it took forever to get assistance with basic requests. The room was in poor condition--dirty towels, door of the room didn't locked properly & so does bathroom door, stained sheets, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. On top of that, the hotel staff were really rude and didn't know how to treat customers. I expected much more for the price I paid, and I will definitely not be staying here again. This place was a huge letdown. Would not recommend.

Photos are misleading. The room was completely outdated and wasn't clean. There was dust everywhere and limescale in the bathroom, towels were dirty. The windows were broken and didn't close. Breakfast was also bad and didn't have many food options. Staff at the reception wasn't helpful. I don't really get how reviews are this high, customers deserve much higher standards.

Wonderful staff! Rajan the manager was so accommodating and helpful with all my queries, wishes and help extending my stay. The cleaning staff, housekeeping, catering staff, chefs, security....all of them were polite, friendly, safe to be around, and we had a fantastic stay. Being 2ladies in Delhi, this was key for us.We wanted a safe, clean and simple hotel with good honestly food, and that's what we recieved. We cannot thank the staff enough for their help and hospitality. God bless you all, special shout outs to Rajan, night manager, Mithun, Chandu,Rajesh and Manoj. We will be returning here again!

Hotel Red Castle is an amazing property in Karol Bagh...I opted for Family Suite which was really the best for my family...Staff was very supportive and cooperative...Rooms were very clean and hygienic...I recommend this property to everyone who wish to stay in central Delhi...

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Red castle . The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food and other facilities were also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
