The hotel is excellent n in the hear of Karol baug |Uttamsingh|Sanjeev Kumar are good |Yogesh kumar is excellent , polite n very young n enthusiastic and helped us making us comfortable n helped us celebrating my friends birthday ||Breakfast is very good n all servers are good n serving like with best service approach ||We will come back soon

The service was exceptional and staff made me feel welcome which is appreciated as a foreigner. The rooms left something to be desired. OK for a night but needs updating. Overall good deal.

After a very bad / horrible experience with FAB HOTELS and it's entire crew is where Jewel Palace and its staff make a change in my stay. They arranged a car to collect my stuff and provided me with exceptional services where my four days with Jewel Palace will always remain a great memory. I paid for the room and hotel manager denied us for check in because they say its non couple friendly. I paid the whole amount and they said to cancel and will get the refundi immediately cancelled the booking but the manager was so rude they fought with us at night and tend to boom from hotel rather than any 3rd party website this was all of a bluff done by hotel manager at yesterdays night shiftthey completed the booking but i didnt stayed there and the money was not refundedkindly help to refund the amount ,

The hotel is located in crowded area of Karol Baug, we have taken Business Room, so the room size was quite big considering other hotels in this area. Toilets are clean, with sufficient toilet kit. There was issue of Tab leakage in the bathroom, but as we arrive late evening & checked out in morning so doesn't make much difference. Restaurant is very small considering the total rooms with the hotel. Reception is supportive.

Rooms are well maintained. Courteous staff, good food. Centrally located with proximity to metro station

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL DO NOT VISIT AFTER SEEING ONLINE POSTED PHOTOS. THEY ARE A DECADE OLD PHOTOS. BAD SMELLY ROOMS.. DIRTY SHEETS.. BROKEN FURNITURE. AND FAULTY SWITCH BOARDS.. DO NOT GIVE WATER BOTTLES TO GUESTS NOT MORE THAN 250 ML. Also bad location.. Which is is midst of a busy Karol Bagh market.. Where no cab is willing to come..

We group of 7 friends stayed twice here when we first arrived in Delhi and then again when we returned after touring Himanchal for two weeks. We found the hotel to be clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very good & very safe jewelers street. . We spent a day in the endless markets around the corner called ajmal khan market.||Also we take 1 Day tour of Delhi city Tour from Hotel and Hotel provide very nice car & driver. ||We stayed here after looking at the reviews on Trip Advisor but we did not found any bad services according to Tripadvisour. May be some guest faced but we loved all 4 Nights stayed.||||We loved staying in the road facing rooms because we enjoyed looking out the large windows at everything going by - we didn't find it noisy at all. The food was great - both the breakfast and dinner - Chicken and Rice very tasty. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Delhi, we highly recommended this Hotel.
