Hotel Gagan Inn Patel Nagar

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No towel or toilet paper when I checked in, floor dirty, bathroom also. Bad smell in the room and in the washroom, furniture of poor quality, no windows. Safety box was not working. The receptionist said there was no need for it. I thought that was the customers to decide.. I had the room for seven nights. Fortunately I was on a tour for four days in other hotels. After I came back, no cleaning, no new towel or toilet paper either. I booked another hotel when I came back to Delhi. When I was checking out, the receptionist asked me for 200 rubees, "tax" he said. I went straight out without paying him. Who rated this as a 4 star hotel, -4 stars is more appropriate. Happy when I left. Stay away from this scam.

Really bad. The toilet was super dirty (with urine splashed in the toilet) , the bathroom trash can full from the previous guest.

Pathetic hotel pathetic staff behaviour .we immediately changed hotel after checking in. Rooms were very Dirty.

Very bad experience... Staff is rude.. Rooms or ok ok.. We asked them to provide us bathroom slippers they denied that we do not have, no towel.. And provided water after we told them twice...

Worst place and service..room was very smelly and the sheets were not stained and dirty.

Brought here by taxi. Checked room cost online so I knew the value. Paid $50AUD. Over priced for what it is. Stayed cheaper in Old Delhi better. The bad. Old everything. Smelled of smoke. Not sound proof and alot of noise from the street and the hotel. No basic anything in the room. 1 towel for 2 ppl. The good. Service was good. Met all requests. Brought us a kettle but it smelt like it was washed with bleech which is weird. But A+ for effort. Ultimately it's over priced for what it is. But the location is nice. Felt very safe and had some great street food. Would stay here for the location again if it was cheaper. They did allow 1pm check out for FREE which was a God send and the best part of our stay. Don't expect luxury or western levels of clean. But you won't die.

WORST place out there in entire Delhi. !!!THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! the hotel is absolutely disgusting, rooms are not clean, bed is falling apart, you cannot even use the toilet because it was FILTHY. THERE ROOMS STINKS OF CIGARETTES... ITS LIKE YOU ARE IN SMOKING ROOM.
