I wish i could make you guys smell the room. Pathetic room quality as shown in yhe pictures. Yes, would still say good customer service of the reception but apart from that i didnt find a single reason to be hapy about this room. The shower head is disastrous and feels like a monster hanging on ur head. The rooms smells like fish. The bedding smells sweaty ad they are not washed. Overall a pathetic experience.

Worse hotel i have seen ever in my life. Pictures shown on the oyo site was all fake. Wastage of money.Never expected this from oyo, musty smell in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, staff do not have proper information about the in house guest. We booked two rooms for one night and wanted to extend one room for late check-out, the receptionist said it's ok and agree with the late check-out charges but as soon we went out of the hotel she called me and said that late check-out will be chaged for both the rooms but we only extended one room and checked out from the second. Then she told me that she will keep our luggage at the reception safely with all our belongings from the room but left my clothes in the bathroom and kept the luggage without collecting all our belongings. My clothes are still with them. Strongly not recommended to any one, no value for money.

Beware.... Do not eat anything in this hotel... Or get ready for being hospitalized.... Although it is so called a FLAGSHIP PROPERTY of OYO rooms but staying here was our greatest mistake.... We had stayed here for 2 days for my friends marriage who has booked it but the basic facility are dumb and pathetic. Rooms are very cozy and no proper exhaust system is available.... basic facilities like AC and geysers are not working properly and then they changed our room after complaint. AC of other room was also not working perfectly... Washrooms can be compared with no more than public toilets. The basic toiletries (towels) was not available and we have to all for the same... Even we faced water issue in evening. For breakfast we ordered parathas, but we found ceramic glass chips STUCKED on parathas.... When we checked on aluminium foil and other parathas... It was there too... When we checked for their kitchen... We found they were using induction stove for cooking parathas and they were cooking it directly (without any tawa). On asking them, one if there staff told that we have already requested for new utensils for our kitchen but it is not yet available with us... Some of peoples staying with us had already consumed some and one of them was hospitalized too.... Totally negligence and complacent approach... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD.... They do not deserve even a single star...

Google doesn't have an option to give the rating in minus points cuz this hotel surely deserves one ..... It started at the reception when I forgot my personal folder {transparent clear bag}on the reception desk ; while I was waiting for the lift Mr sudarshan (the property manager) came to me with my folder but while reading the content on the first page and when I caught him reading my personal stuff , I told him to never do that with any of your guests it's extremely unprofessional and you are intruding into somebody's personal life by doing this; but the manager was so unprofessional and arrogant that he did not reply with a single word ;forget about apologizing or saying a simple sorry.... He simply turned his back on my face and went away. Now when I enter the room I see filth all over: extremely dirty bathroom{our public washrooms are better} , there was food on the walls{ I could make out the different food varieties sticking on the wall: one of them was noodles} , floor was not clean , and what not... When I asked for a room change they showed me 2 other rooms which were equally dirty. So I chose the least dirty room and asked them to clean the room and the washroom because the washroom had hair all over the floor,the floor of the bathroom was wet and dirty, floor of the room was so dirty with hair and mud that nobody could walk on it barefoot.... So in response to this the hotel staff replied "abhi to safai ki hai dobara nahi hogi" .... This is how the guests are treated in this hotel and of course they don't maintain their property so guys it's better to sleep on the footpath than going to this place..... Im Extremely disappointed with OYO standards.

No soap in bathroom. Breakfast was just okay. I didn't bring my toothbrush and paste, so when i bought the same from them. They charged Rs.50 for 5Rs colgate +10Rs toothbrush ;_; Parking Space available. Room had tv, ac, bathroom and double bed.

Small rooms, badly maintanence toilets, non functioning exhaust fans with no ventilation in washroom. Below standard service from Oyo at this location. Wifi is not good enough for such a big facility. Would recommend that you try to find some other place for accommodation in this area.

Very badly managed, No lock in the room, Tv not working, uncleaned room and bathrooms. Not providing breakfast. But they charge high price comparing to service & facility. , would be my last time with Oyo rooms.

Very badly managed, Aircon not effective, uncleaned room and bathrooms. But they charge high price comparing prices with Radisson.blu hotel. They called themselves as Oyo flagship hotel,,would.be my last time with trusting Oyo rooms
