Townhouse 654

recently stayed at OYO Townhouse 654 in Rohini, New Delhi. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, which made for a restful night. However, there were some drawbacks. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the bathroom facilities were not well-maintained. Additionally, the staff's behavior was less than professional, which impacted the overall experience. While the hotel has potential, improvements in cleanliness and staff training are necessary to enhance guest satisfaction. Must. Be cleaning

The rooms are not cleaned and the blankets and bed rolls are very dirty, there were literally fungus type of thing on there blanket they purposefully cover the area with a blanket cover so that it cannot be visible. Moreover the staff also charge more than what it shows on the oyo app. Only the location of this hotel is good otherwise all the facilities are good for nothing.

A big noo to this hotel, they are very rude. The receptionists were like, stay or go. They have no manners of hospitality. It was raining so we had to stay there. Do not go by photos, rooms are very dirty, there are spots everywhere. No lift, they will ask you to go by stairs even on 3rd or 4th floor. Zero safety, people keep shouting at midnight there. You will feel, why are you here. I had raised it to Oyo customer care, they had Hotel manager talk to me. He called us at midnight, he was like why you raised a issue, what Oyo can do to him or property. He was like, he does not care of my customer hospitality, stay or leave. It was midnight, we had no option but to wait till morning. A simple advice, please do not go there.

Rooms are very pathetic and different from what was shown in oyo app. The staff was very rude and slow to respond. The receptionist looked very frustrated. Mosquitoes everywhere once you turn lights off and they did not gave us coil or all out even after reminding then multiple times. A rat was running in the room and when we told them they laughed and said what you want we catch them? Do not go here. Trust me don't go in townhouse 654.

Very rude behaviour of Reception staff and they charged extra money for online booking and don't respond to call for online booking. Actually they prefer offline booking to charge extra. Oyo app is useless as most of rooms under their umbrella don't want customer to book online.

Room are not not cleans , bed is also so much noisy and curtains are very old with holes in curtains and washroom are not working properly and hand wash also not there . Price is too much higher

Wasn't really bad but receptionist intension were purely to get more money , they ask thru different way to give them more money like how app is displaying wrong amount , they have taken my phones in their hands and also starting doing stuff then I took it back but they tried their 200% to scam us

Owner was of very good nature, and helpful, location was one of the most convenient in rohini, alot of cafe's nearby, but the rooms are Dogs Shit! As bad condition as a Public bathroom (sarkari shauchalaya) , no cleanliness, all the furniture and bathroom fittings are broken, smell of cigarettes is all over the place. If you are a couple and want a room for 2-3 hours and hygiene doesn't matter you can go here as I felt it was at a very safe place and no issues of police and anything. But if you want to enjoy your stay it is a very big NO from my side. You Will only find couples here that's it!
