Pathetic service. Rude and unprofessional staff. The receptionist has the audacity of just disconnecting the call without listening. No amenities available in the room like slippers, tea bags etc. and when you ask for it the receptionist just hangs up saying not available. Having worst experience here.
We enjoy the food and service and the restaurant. The room was kept clean. Didn't able to explore more due to heavy rain.
