Utkarsh Hotel, Silvassa

The WORST service I have ever seen. We 14 couples booked rooms thro' MakeMyTrip. We were said but not provided running hot water. Repeated calls were not attended. On desk, only a layman like 2 persons were available, who had neither power nor sense to provide any facility. The kitchen served the breakfast with a very great delay. Even the Tea and Coffee were not in time. This delayed our valuable schedule. DO NOT BOOK this hotel even if it is free at all...

I booked a hotel via Goibibo and received a confirmation receipt. When I arrived, the hotel staff asked me to cancel at the last moment, citing water leakage in the room. Later, they called again, stating I could book the hotel at a higher price, clearly seeking more money. The staff and management are unreliable. I have forwarded the call recording as evidence. Avoid booking this hotel if you don't want to ruin your family vacation.

I didn't visit this hotel. But I stay nearby & this hotel staff burn their garbage here in their compound which emits so much smoke in nearby areas which enters our houses & makes it difficult for us to breathe. Very poor handling of housekeeping. Just dispose off the garbage instead of burning. This area is not for burning garbage.

The level of cleanliness was extremely poor, with rooms, toilets, towels, and bedsheets being old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Although we switched rooms, the situation didn't improve significantly. Moreover, the breakfast lacked variety, was tasteless, and the absence of an intercom or telephone made it challenging to request room service. Additionally, the WiFi was not functional during our stay.I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. While the price might seem reasonable, it's definitely not worth it.

Rooms. Rooms are really big and clean. Toilets need a bit of rework. Rooms Not served with water, we have to purchase. Toothpaste and brush are provided at extra cost if required. Food. If you book a room with breakfast then it's only with a limited quantity. We can select any 1 breakfast dish from the menu and one tea for breakfast. Hotel food is a bit expensive. Staff. Staff is very supportive. Even they helped to wash my car with a very minimal charge of Rs. 50 which was given to the person who washed the car.

Stay in this hotel for 2 days i feel like i was alone in a hotel. Didn't saw any guest in hotel lobby and in restaurant. I was feeling like i was stuck in haunted hotel. You will receive strange noise during night every half and hours and then you will realise its AC which is creating a noise.. Not able to get a good sleep during my 2 days of stay... In my last day of stay around 1Am light was gone due to some issue in hotel we waited till 4 am in a hope that issue will resolve however there was no backup generator in a hotel. Finally we decided to check out around 4.30 am in a night and move to nearest hotel... had a very worst experience in this hotel will never recommend this hotel.. if you have a very tight budget then you can go with this hotel only for a day stay not recommended to stay over a night. Food was not so good and costly too... you can visit blue dine hotel which is near by.. location of hotel is good.

Recommendable & a Decent Place for Personal And Official Visits Value for Money Good Service of Hotel and Restaurant. Perfect location and away from City Central Snarls..just 2 or 3 kms from central city. Attentive Front Desk and Staff.

One of worst Hotel, in simple words it is hell. Full of mosquito, bedbug and cocroches. There is restorent but you can eat there...better you stay without food. On the name of staff there are boys, which seems to be catched from road side.
