Pearl Resort

Lovely resort. The atmosphere is really really good. The surrounding nature is really beautiful. The atmosphere is awesome & fresh. Inner side rooms are good with great space which give a great value. Food is really tasty and full of variety. The staff is really pleasant & calm. Indoor swimming is really awesome which opens anytime. Also a rain dance facility is there which will give more entertainment with family as well as in groups. Overall a very pleasing experience.

Very bad experience at stay at Pearl resort. Not value more mony which we had spend on room and all meals. Nothing around property it was located in industrial area of silvassa. Amount which we have spend any one get any 5 star hotel property in this amount. Lunch which they have given us was not upto mark and very limited items served us was with average taste. Tea was very (Dhudh Kem pan wali chai) . Disco 4T1 is nice sound and music. But food ok. Morning breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was nice but small. When front desk ask about our experience we had complain them regarding foods and other things. They replied us that package which all meals are included is like that only. But if you order Ala carte menu you will get more better. Over all not good experience at *Pearl resort* we can't recommend any one to stay here.

Our stay at Pearl Resort was amazing. The rooms were beautifully maintained, well equipped and perfect for a peaceful getaway.| The food was delicious.Was surprised to see that had some desi style food which was truly delicious ! Every meal from breakfast to dinner was delicious and served with care .|A stay here is sure to leave you with some good memories. Very supportive staff .||

While our team ensured we had fun amongst ourselves, the experience at the resort was far from satisfactory -- and certainly not what was expected or promised. The level of service and the basic hospitality standards were highly disappointing and unacceptable. To highlight the issues we faced: 1. We were allotted the wrong rooms -- not pool-facing as booked. It took your team more than an hour and a half to realize the mistake. By then, we had already settled in, leaving us no real option to shift. 2. No drinking water was provided in two of the rooms at the time of check-in. 3. Essential amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, and hairdryers were missing from all rooms. 4. The bathroom exhaust fans were non-functional in all rooms. Despite repeatedly escalating this issue to Housekeeping and Reception, no action was taken. 5. Multiple calls made to Housekeeping between 6:00 and 6:30 AM went unanswered, clearly showing a lack of preparedness and serious staff shortage. 6. During lunch, no buffet was arranged. Even when asked to order from the "Menu of the Day," most listed items were conveniently unavailable. 1. It was clearly agreed that there will be buffets 7. The drinking glasses provided in the rooms were visibly dirty and unhygienic. 8. A basic order of lemon juice took over 30 minutes to be served -- highlighting poor kitchen and service coordination. 9. The bed mattresses were extremely stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly.

The restaurant inside Pearl Resort is all show, no substance. Fancy setup, polite staff -- but the food is a joke. Dal Makhani with coconut? Ruined. Sev Tameta? Tasteless. Rotis? Undercooked. They couldn't get even the basics right. Feels like the kitchen has no clue what it's doing. Way below standard, nowhere near worth the price. Total waste of a meal.

The room had no kits available. Missing hair dry, bathroom exhaust not working. Lunch was as pre prepared, and we couldn't order from the menu. Overall disappointment experience.

Three rooms booked. Two of them had no water bottles, no dental kit, no shaving kit, and no hair-dryer available upon checking. Complained multiple times with Housekeeping and reception for the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom but no action taken or revert given. During lunch, we found that the Table Menu was from yesterday and when we were ordering hardly a few items were available. And all this I am talking about is when we stayed in on Saturday.

Rooms are neat and clean. Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Services are very poor. Received a wheelchair after 20 minutes. Gave clothes for ironing and received back with improper creases, again sent back with explanation but the result was the same. Hot water was hardly coming out of the tap! As such cleanliness and house keeping is good. The staff is also cooperative. Has indoor games like pool and carrom board on the 1st floor besides the swimming pool. The restaurant is also good.
