Hotel Residency Silvassa

Only for the receptionist i provided 0 start, But I haven't 0 then it's 1 is okk. Reason of review in reception there is two persons was giving information of rooms, one person given details onther person told no rooms available for now. In online site rooms available are showing. Whole situation was created for bachelors. If you don't provided bachelors not allowed then you must be add a notice board on entry gate. Honest request for Owner, please improve your stuff communication and behaviour

I booked hotel and while cheaking they canceled due to untrustworthy. Entrance quite crazy for senior citizen, having high inclined staircase. Ambience isn't good. Arrogant staff. Rooms didn't gives vibe to stay. Didn't feel freshness in rooms. They are more hotels in nearby range with worth stay. Note- where ever you go in Silvassa receptionist didn't entertain you and not friendly

Great hotel. Awesomely big rooms and a supportive staff. Clean and everything works with a really good budget price. Only you have to climb 2 floors but for the rest a better experience than most other hotels in the area.

Good staff with money centric owners. This hotel is at Amli and good family restaurants are bit far around 1 odd km away. Road construction is underway since long and be ready for a bumpy ride towards Vapi from this place.

The rooms are average, and the location is not good. The noise level from the street was high, making it difficult to relax.

Worst service ever, they charged us 1200 for the room and didn't even gave us any utilities to get fresh, not even a water bottle lol, also the staff is rude with the customers asks personal questions, and does not respect girls, the manager pramod dubey is not a nice person to deal with please lookout on other hotels

Nice hotel ,nice room, price in budget . Tea,coffee, and food, also good .

Rooms can be more cleaner, water heater was not working,service is slower
