Absolutely Pathetic Experience - Avoid at All Costs! The staff at this hotel are shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. They refused to give me the AC remote, saying, "This will stay at 24degC only," as if guests have no say in their own comfort. No flexibility, no consideration -- just outright refusal. I stayed for two days, and still, I was forced to return the room key every time I stepped out, just so they could clean the room -- even after I clearly told them I didn't want any cleaning. The room was already clean, but they kept insisting. While the room ambience was decent, the overall service was pathetic. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I would never stay here again -- I'd rather pay more for a simpler room elsewhere if it means being treated with respect. I would suggest Hotel woodland inn would give best service Zero customer service. Zero flexibility. Not worth it.

Best hotel for stay in silvasa. I do stay here often when I come . The chargers are like 1300-1400 per day and also there is a resturant adjoining where you can have breakfast and dinner it's also really hygiene and clean.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service. Very friendly owners. The rooms are extremely clean and they are cleaned and made-up everyday. Everything works. There is 24 hours hot water. There is no restaurant but there is one right next door. You get water, tea and coffee in room service. The coffee is excellent. Payment can be made in Google Pay. There are Warli tribal paintings on the walls of some rooms. Excellent value for money. I paid 1200 for a room in December 2024.

worst hotel in silvasa , night manager uncle is to rude staff is wahiyat , they don't let seat people in lobby even if you have booked room , gopal is the helper who is very rude to talk and does not listen to what is asked

Hotel rooms are good but staff behaviour is improper and arrogant. They don't have manners on how to speak to customers. It feels like we are staying at a hostel not in a hotel.

Rooms are good but no breakfast and free water (at least one little per day) service... Outside food is not allowed but u can consume alcohol in this room without outside food.... So it's very difficult ... The AC is fixed temperature and the remote is not available so you can't control it as per your requirement.... You can't off also only have a switch with a fan and regulator so, you can control the temperature with the fan regulator only... If you have kids then don't take the AC room except summer time.

Yesterday we stayed here on one of our friends recommendation. Quite clean and hygienic rooms but you must keep in mind that there's no WiFi in the room (they had written on internet that free WiFi) only 2-3 channels were running on TV, no Tea Kettles or Tea/coffee bags were provided (they had written on internet that kitchen in every room) no food is available only Tea and Water is available at hotel. Most important thing to Note that, they will not give you AC Remote to you in rooms, if you want to decrease/increase AC temperature, you have to call them to do that as they keep AC Remote with them. ||Otherwise all good! Staff is good.

Nice hotel for family. The owner does not allow non-vegetarian food and Alcohol in the room. Very reasonable. Only tea is available. For breakfast and meals you have to search outside.
