Vardhan Hotel

Third class hotel, think 5 times before booking this hotel. They are having slowest service. Rooms are like lodge, dirty bedsheets. I don't know how they are showing 2 star hotel. Behaviour of staff worst. Don't book. The worst part is behaviour of their staff is worst.

I only visited the restaurant part of Vardhan Hotel the food taste was amazing and service was fast and good. However, I feel there is a very large scope of improvement (in terms of hygiene , professionalism in staff etc. ) The sitting is of sofa and there was stain in its cover, the staff was not aware of the menu and there was no proper dress code. It's more of a local bar however the AC dining is used by families for dinner . The tandoor items was good but can be improved. The outside area is used as a bar . Since, the outside is not that clean, I am really not sure about the kitchen hygiene. Overall, the restaurant is good but a proper management team is needed.

Service is not good, staff behaviour very wrost, so don't waste your time and money in this hotel, very bad experience, food service also bad you have never see n this type of wrost service in your life...

Pathetic Hotel. Don't ever think of booking this hotel. The night manager was drunk and has no sense of how to talk to customers. I have never come across any hotel with such kind of behavioural issues with guests. I was travelling with my family and couldn't stay for even 2 hours. They are absolutely pathetic.

You should not come here with family as there plenty things which are not as expected. 1. Gave us normal water bottle , when asked foe chilled water he is saying its roo cold outside. 2.you have to park tour vehicle at your risk and they askes to park near the main road. There is no reserved parking facilities 3. Cable conn3ction not working 4.we have booked for 3 adults room, when we reach at hotel they have us 2 person room however we have told that no issue for the room but atleast give us extra bed then they say its chargeble. After long argument they give us extta bed sheet.

I wanted to know more about the property and my only question was how much is the distance of silvassa from the hotel and the staff who responded the call was so adamant on sharing the ID's with him and with rude tone that is definitely not acceptable. If you don't have a basic hospitality of sharing basic information of the property then you don't deserve to grow in this field. And over the top he disconnected the call when I told him that I will share the ID once he answers my single question. Pathetic!!

The room was ok. No water served.. I have to buy water bottles.. For entertainment, my family tried to watch TV but could not as cable connection was not charged or any other problem showing no signal.. after unsuccessful trials, the guy told me sorry and ran away There is no lift in the hotel.., keeping your health fit.... Another dilemma is that you have to park your car on hotel main road or opposite side main road and at our RISK, no parking facility available in hotel premises Food taste is ok but a little bit costly as compared to portion served.. The overall experience was so so..

Service is getting worse day by day. 2 years ago I remember I was among the first ones to visit it. It was awesome that time, I recommend it to many of my friends but now service have become like a heel. Owner need to focus on this otherwise it will loose its popularity. Especially the waiters they don't know how to behave. Every time their behaviour is too rude. One good thing is their food but the waiters make it worse. I will request the owner to change the staff or else give them some behaviour training.
