Hotel Keshav by Kasbah Group

The rooms are untidy and the washrooms are the worst. The service is not up to the mark and it is not worth the room price, we paid 4100 just a single day for 3 members. We could see dust all around the places from rooms to staircases. The lift is not functioning and they are least bothered to get it repaired. Even after informing them to clean the washrooms they are still the same, I would request management to please maintain the hotel with cleanliness and hygiene. If there is no own transport, it is difficult to find vehicles to roam around the city and you should be back by 6 PM.

Overall experience was average. Rooms and service was good but we disappointed with food. The food was costly compare to it's taste. Service in the restaurant was bad. You have to wait so long after ordering the food. The view from the hotel was beautiful. As the hotel is at starting of the diu the place was quiet. But one disadvantage is that, you have no options for tasty food and places to visit nearby. You have to go far for that.

They are taking GST, but not paying the same. We had event there & we took GST invoice, but we are unable to claim the same. If you are professional, take care. You will not be able to claim GST. Event their phone number is also not anywhere on google

I visited yesterday... It was worst experience... No room clean, staff too lazy, only free to air cable on TV... Ac also not working properly

Loved the view from top floor really live atleast a day there ony for the view. Good hotel at reasonable rate as we reached very late around 4 am and also we had no pre-booking but the people were supportive they gave a nice view room and also arranged cooldrinks and food at very late as i remember it was a day when Amit shah was in city and everything was closed.

I recently enjoyed a comfortable 3-day stay at Hotel Keshav by Kasbah Group in Diu. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were sufficiently spacious, contributing to a pleasant experience.

Good service, good rooms and fair price. We arrived late after midnight and asked to book immediately. The staff was cooperative and provided very good service even that late in the night. Recommended.
