The worst experience ever the staff was super rude we saw the room I went with my family. I and my brother saw the room, but we also wanted my mother and bhabhi to see the room one, so we told them to come and see there were so Busy to get new customers that they started telling me that the formalities take the room, so I said hold on. We need to show . To the family as well my nephew was also there. He is three years old, so when we went to the room Playing and enjoying nothing without anything when we were discussing the staff team and he told that I'm locking the door is not the room, so we told him that final arguing that you can't take the room while, why have you come your start started arguing with my mother Honestly, no standard behaviour, no manners no etiquette Worst place don't go here! Highly not recommended

Very bad experience at Richie rich.. I don't suggest anyone to visit this pathetic place.. charges are like 3star hotels but the condition of a hotel is like I can't even give it a 0 star..the behaviour of the lady owner was very unpleasant. showers were not working and also the bedcovers were dirty and untidy, I told the lady that it's not worth a pay, we have stayed in so many hotels in India but no body charged anything more than what they are suppose to be charging, I requested them to reduce the amount as the things inside the rooms were not better and worthy of what we paid, but the lady was very rude, she talked to me like a tinnitus, such an irritating lady ..me and my cousin ordered for a tea and a coffee in their restaurant, and guess what the bill was, it cost us 103 for a tea and a coffee, and I'm not even making this up, the size of a tea glass was literally 60 ml..it was expensive than a bottle of beer ..I swear I was compelled to stay there because we were tired and also I was with my parents and didn't want them to suffer searching hotels..But I suggest you all not to visit that hotel anymore.. let's show them how much power the customers review has.. Let's make them understand the power of customers.. If the lady is reading this comment Listen this ones for you *You were talking about an ethics right? If you think my review doesn't matter to your business, you will receive these kind of review throughout this year.. If you even receive one bad review from a customer, you have already failed as a hotelier... So you better don't talk about an ethics...

The owner was so eager to cater his new customers that he did not even let finish us our food and drink. He repeatedly came to us and complained that we are too late to finish our food. At the end then he argued with us over our lunch timings and asked us to leave even though we dis not finish our food. They will ask you to pay the fill before you are done with your food and then as soon as they see that you have past one hour in the restaurant they will come and ask you to leave it I will this this a zero star restaurant. Even their menu prices will change once you order it

PATHETIC STAFF! It was very bad experience for all of us, very bad service, no one at the hotel came for room service or cleaned the room in our 2 days stay. And they refused for serving the breakfast which was included in the booking. Bedsheets weren't changed, dustbin wasn't emptied, washroom wasn't cleaned, and also they even haven't moped the floor of our room in the entire stay. There were no aloo in the aloo poha they served for breakfast and was not good in taste. I will never recommend anyone to stay at your hotel. Location is the only good thing about it.

Review is for the restaurant cum bar. Food served was below par in taste. We ordered few dishes and surprisingly all of them were bad.

Had breakfast there....worst food quality i ever had....only good this was packed water.... must avoid... ...only good this was it's location...very near to nagoa beach... Don't know how it's getting reviewed 4+ on Google....those must be fake reviews
