The rooms were decent and had the basic amenities, but the air conditioning was a major letdown. It barely worked, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours. This definitely needs improvement for a better experience...

I have faced worst experience with minimal service, they even can't offer normal water after giving 5200 rs for 1 day , worst hotel ever I have stayed. I will not recommend for living,if you don't have option then choose it otherwise take next option. Worst hotel I ever seen. Believe me ,i belong from Uttar Pradesh,but it was a bad experience.

Devka house is very good stay option in the daman we stay there nowdays there is very good maintanined rooms and very well maintain cleanliness, staff is very good and supporttive, the service is all good and price will also decent must visit there in daman trip

Rooms were spacious but they refused to provide extra blankets and mattresses. A decent AC double bed room here costs 1700/- per night. Not a good value for money. Staff was very unprofessional regarding food and other services. Food was very costly and very little portion size of food. Scooter rentals- 700/- per day. (Again costly)

Only 1 staff for hospitality.There is nothing about hospitality at this place. Food is ok. Rooms are not proper maintained. Very bad experience.

Overcharged rates for undeserving rooms and service. The so-called 2 room with balcony is just a big hall with 2 couches and one bedroom. The AC is only in the bedroom. Therefore the hall gets the benefit of it only if the bedroom door is left open. The room was not even swept clean. There is no complimentary soap bar or towels provided given the tall charges. Bathroom fittings are disfunctional or missing. There is no hot water. The entire hotel is serviced by one person with one assistant. Client requests are often forgotten. Despite giving an advance dinner room service order we had to remind thrice and the reason given for the delay was a large group of people who had checked in and were having a private party. Small client ignored for big billing large group. They also took away the AC remote from our room because another room was missing it. We had to look around for the assistant for couple of hours to get it back. Stay away from this property if you can !

WORST, WORST , WORST!!!!! They charged me 4500 for 2 days but the service was pathetic. Cleanliness- I found cigarettes butt, lighted matchsticks, dust, hairs, cockroaches, used soaps, jet spray very tidy. Services- Worst service ever, I have to go down everytime to ask for something, I asked for tea but it did not came and have to tell them like 100 times still it not come. Facility- Nothing, no intercom , no tea or coffee bags, Ac who did not cool the room, double bed from hell, tv was ok. Bedsheets was very dirty with stains, the blankets was also bearing stains. I have to call them for like 100 times for cleaning the room and bathroom. They only want money and not to give service. The location is worst, it is 1 km inside from devka beach which is very bad because rarely auto come and those who come charges hefty. They do not serve the basic need water, you have to pay every time for the water bottle worth 20.They even not accept card payments. Only cash and upi.Overall its a BIG NO. Do not go, i repeat do not go.
