Extremely badly maintained hotel Ac not working properly exhaust fan in bathroom not working no ventilation in bathroom even mirrors so much damaged tat cant see anything in tat gallery door not closing nothing good to say could not stand in balcony because of ac condenser in balcony which wz blowing hot air

Excellent property beside dudhani lake and boating point.Rooms clean and spacious , staff very prompt and friendly.Food is excellent like home food , tasty also.Recommend to stay for enjoying nature and feel like dal lake of kashmir. I specially thanks to dilip paswan sir who is treating us like atithi devo bhav.

It's a perfectly located Hotel..... right next to the Dudhani Lake. The rooms are simple but neat and clean with amazing Lake view. The staff .... right from the Reception area to the restaurant are very co- operative and friendly and gives you a great service. They really know how to take care of their guests. Relishing Veg and non-veg food is served here. This hotel stay is suitable for Families and Friends.

The hotel room faced the lake and what a view. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of lake and the little green hills with small local fishing boats to add to to picture perfect. I've travelled 48 countries and i found it even more serene than Scotland and Ireland. The rooms were near and comfortable. Not fancy . Basic. Clean bathroom. The staff was very very nice and ready to help and please. Excellent service. ||The only improvement needed is the entry and facade, which needs to be redone. ||Food was delicious. Loved the fish , chilli chicken ||I'm totally in love with the place. ||Thank you. Specially to Mahesh, serving with a smile. Going up and down many times to get anything. ||What a wonderful stay

Undoubtedly one of the best location in this area.. Lake view is tooo good, especially during dawn and sunset. I wish rooms were properly maintained or renovated. Overall it was a good experience!

Rooms are basic Lake view rooms are the USP here They can do better amenities like wifi and other things Overall good experience

1. Good location, proximity to Lake 2. Good staff 3. Food was good, both veg and non veg 4. Rooms are spacious and clean Visited on weekdays so it was not crowded. Not sure how will be the experience on weekends. Overall good experience with family. Don't expect lavish stay or food.

Full marks to this property for its location. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rooms are okay. If you happen to visit I would recommend to take lake facing rooms rather then garden facing rooms. The food available at this place is good, and you've to eat there only as there are no other options nearby. This property is situated on the verge of Dudhani lake and jetty is hardly half kilometre away from this place. Just a little bit of upscaling can make this property one of the best.
