Very Disappointing Experience - Misleading Photos! We booked this hotel online after seeing attractive photos, but the reality was completely different. The rooms were not clean, the food quality was very poor, and the swimming pool was dirty and not maintained at all. The service staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay. This hotel is nothing like what is shown in the online photos. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be careful before booking.

We stayed at Rainbow Hotel in Diu, but it was quite disappointing. The TV in the room wasn't working, and the water in the bathroom was salty, which made it difficult to bathe or freshen up properly. Overall, the facilities were not well-maintained. Not worth the price -- would not recommend staying here.
Stopped here for lunch with family on our way to Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, Diu, and it was a great choice! The food was fast, fresh, and delicious, perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal. The service was efficient, and the staff was courteous, making our experience even better. The ambiance was pleasant, offering a comfortable break during our journey. If you're traveling on this route, Rainbow Resort and Spa is definitely worth a stop!
A Terrible Experience For Rainbow Resort I recently had a very disappointing experience at Rainbow Resort, and I strongly advise against staying here. First and foremost, they charge extra for washing towels, which is absolutely unreasonable. When you book a resort, basic amenities like clean towels should be included in the price, but here, they find ways to extract extra money from guests. Even worse, they make false allegations against customers, which is completely unacceptable. It seems like they try to find ways to blame guests for issues that are not their fault, creating unnecessary stress and ruining the vacation experience. If you're planning a relaxing and safe trip, do not choose this resort. There are far better options available where you can actually enjoy your stay without unfair charges and baseless accusations. For a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation, avoid Rainbow Resort at all costs!

Additionally, the geyser in my room was not functioning for about two hours, and when I called the reception for assistance with hot water, I did not receive a response for over 30 minutes. This was quite frustrating, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, I feel that the experience did not justify the charges I incurred during my stay. I hope you will consider addressing these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
No space to sun dry weat garments. Swimming pool is ok ok. Restaurant menu is a bit expensive and poor connectivity to main market. Would not prefer to repeat.
