Location is in outskirts so somewhat far from popular attractions in Diu. They claim to be five star (& they charge accordingly) but amenities looks like a three star hotel. Their games room have only snooker table, whose sticks are all broken. Swimming pool is good & well maintained. Rooms need serious renovation, as some traveller mentioned it may due to ageing but no renovation work was under progress during our visit. *If you have problem in climbing stairs, ask for room at ground floor at time of booking as they don't have lift to go to first floor. But in any case you have to climb stairs if you are going to games room/restaurant/bar.*

I recently stayed at Azzaro Hotel in Diu, and while the hotel room was spacious, the humidity was a major issue. The tiles felt moist even when walking, which was quite uncomfortable. Given Diu's humid climate, I understand it's a challenge, but better ventilation in rooms and washrooms would have made a big difference. The staff was generally good and supportive, providing helpful suggestions for sightseeing. However, the reception staff could work on their attitude. The restaurant had a strict no-outside-food policy, and the prices of beer and wine were steep, with additional taxes. The food was average, and while the swimming pool was clean, it lacked amenities. The indoor games, snooker and carrom, were available but not well-maintained. Considering the price, I expected more from the rooms, which didn't quite justify the cost. Overall, it's an average hotel, and I'd give it 3 stars. With some improvements, it could be a great stay.

Great rooms and pool.. gym is well equipped, though gaming zone needs an upgrade.. breakfast is scrumptious with brilliant hospitality but their room cleaning policy needs to be looked at.. cleaned out rooms without us telling them or they telling us with all our stuff lying around

very bad staff very rude behaviour, don't waste your money , complaint must be registered on consumer court as they demands extra money for your children. don't go in this hotel because they ruined your trip. Unsafe very unsafe place of you are going with your family

Needed a place for one 1night room round 9pm and entered the date for next day. Costing 4900 for the night after speaking to the reception, realising We had booked for next day we asked to change booking for tonight. As it was 1 PM at night and we had our 5-year-old daughter with us. Knowing we needed the room. This company wanted to take advantage charging another five thousand to make the change which we was shocking any other country people will be very helpful but not this one. When we got there we waited around to 10 minutes before someone came to see us, guy in reception refused to help to move the booking forward even though the whole hotel was empty. Will not recommend going. You get better help and better services anywhere around the world than here.

The food is good, the rooms are clean. I only had an issue with the spa and it's massage therapist. The therapists are not professionals. The receptionist is not trained. They therapists do not know whether the spa is to be done with oil or without oil. The experience was so bad we did not enjoy our stay due to this.

The experience at Azzoro Resort was far worse than expected. We tried exploring Diu, but arrival was a nightmare; the staff were unhelpful, check-in took 40 minutes, and the room was missing essentials like soap, towels, and water. Management was terrible, service was nonexistent, outside food was banned, and the restaurant food was disgusting! They charged 8000 for this?! Worst. Trip. Ever.
