Niotel Guest House

May be cheaper compared to other hotels but there are many reasons they provide cheaper rates. 1. Rooms are not neat 2. Bathroom was blocked and after bath water literally used to get filled up and enter the room area 3. No pipe under the wash basin, so difficult to wash hands or brush. Water will fall on your legs 4. Room service guy washed the drinking water glasses and Jug in the washroom with a tap right beside commode and kept them on the reversed bucket until he finished all. This all was done live right in front me (fortunately). I immediately told him to take away the glasses and jug and bought water bottles. 5. The gentleman sitting on the reception is full with arrogance. No courtesy in talks and was blunt enough to tell to vacate if don't like the room and service. I vacated the hotel very next day and found some better option. NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS.

Great hotel, I - myself enjoyed. They have great service and they're always willing to help and staff are very helpful when needed; special mentions to the great Manager: Mr. Pritiesh. Great location: near several shops areas, and restaurants and a easy access off the beltline! I also love the way how they manage hygiene in a very formal way (Which is fascinating if you compare it other hotels). Bedroom are hygienic from my point of view; thought the bedrooms are a little bit small but it is a great, modern room! I hope they will have a great year and onwards and I really do wish I can come back in the future!

It was a great experience staying there. The staff is extremely good and kind. Genuine people. They were very helpful. The room was also comfortable and clean. The services were excellent.
