Hotel Premium

It was nice stay at Hotel Premium. Rooms were neat and clean, staff behavior was also good. It is located at very near to Diu bus stand. Better place to stay with family.

Well behavior of the manager... Rooms are good. But in my room there is no duplicate key available with hotel staff.actually one key was misplaced by one tourist and manager is aware about the same.Television was also not working.It was very disappointing. You have to go without locking your room. After all these The manage doesn't give any concession on final bills

We stay here monthly twice regularly. And all the time staff is behaving like family and cooperating like anything. Safty 5* Service 5* Parking 5* Staff 5* Room cleaning * A.C perfect Hot water perfect. After all preferable blindly.

We visited this hotel Premium the last week. The staffs were very great and quality service, also the rooms were cleaned and comfort bed. It has fantastic location for the people that visit the town to explore; from the bus station to the hospital, everything is nearby. Will definitely recommend this hotel for people travelling Diu city.

Overall room was okay with color and hanging photos, working etc. But basic need of stay i.e. washroom are not clean enough. Buckets and other things peivided in washroom are very dirty, having red and black stains overall. Not getting any good service, it seems they do not have enough experienced staff to handle requests.

For guests convenience, front desk and room service are provided. Parking is also available at the hotel. In case of emergency, they can avail doctor on call facility. Travelers can plan their outings with the help of travel desk. Dining: The restaurant is situated on the Diu island which provides an excellent view of sea while guests enjoy their mouth-watering delicacies.

In comparison of price, room and location of hotel are good but there is no lift in hotel so always choose 1st floor. Waiters don't come to pick up luggages volunteers. Hotel Manager is gentle and very co-operative. Customers have to ask for towels. They don't provide it volunteerily.
