Please go for it. I definitely recommend this place to stay. It was an amazing budget friendly place! We definitely enjoyed it! Booked it for the Holi weekend & definitely it was an amazing stay. & Yes, the Hotel staff is also cooperative & helpful in every way!

We went without online booking, the receptionist didn't know how to take offine booking so he calls someone on phone and then gives us rate higher than online booking rates. Then after we agreed to that rate and all formlities done, these prople then say rates for weekend are still higher and we need to pay more. They were trying to loot us as much as possible. we immediately stormed out and booked a nearby better hotel with AC rooms at same rate as Non AC rooms of this hotel. This hotel is worst. Such cheating of customers should never be forgiven. Other hotels treat customers as God, and this hotel treat them as cash cows... Rooms here are inferior...

Hotel staff and the owner was behaving rudely as well as they were extra fees for the weekend even after booking online. So at the last moment we had to book another hotel. It's not a good place even the rooms were not clean and the washroom stinks. Location is also not good they are having very narrow roads and they have a congested place even our car was not entering properly in their parking entrance.

Hotel Greenland in Diu is situated pretty much in between and around the attraction/tourist places making it easier to travel. However its not on the main road, it's inside. Owner was very well behaved and co-operative. Room conditions were perfect. Bathrooms well maintained but lil bit smelly. It's not a resort kind of place so no other attractions inside the premises. But pretty affordable. Service is very prompt.. Ample parking area. Nearby attractions are easily accessible. Overall a budget accommodation for middle class family
