Bad experience staying here. I would avoid Max 1 day stay is what I would recommend Rooms were small in size. A bed and just enough space to walk around. No space to keep luggage A small wardrobe is available, but that was unclean and smelly Beds and toilets were in ok condition Rooms were full of small cockroaches Bed is bit small. We asked earlier for additional bed by paying extra, but they never provided and we never bothered to ask due to cockroaches on the floor A small useless window was available in our room. No proper ventilation/sunlight. Location is a bit far from bus stand and road is narrow in front of this place Absolutely no parking space available here Staffs were okay. Not the most helpful bunch The street next to this place has lot of small eateries available Price being bit less seemed the only advantage

Enjoyed staying here, rooms are best and value for money. All Attractions are very nearby. Service is good. Do visit here. Parking is available but small space only.

The location was a bit in a small gali's but the room was neet and clean. It was budget friendly and near the market as well. About the room service, we ordered tea and coffee for the breakfast and it took more than half n hour, kinda ruined our morning mood. Except this one, the experience of staying there was overall good. 3.5/5

After confirmation of booking, we emailed to hotel regarding early check-in but didnot receive any reply. The check-in was very fast. Our room tv had only 1 channel and the bed sheet had a dirty spot. Upon request, they immediately changed to clean bed sheet and arrange for few more channels in tv. Faulty tv remote was changed upon request. They have provided drinking water in the room. AC was working but could not run on generator power supply. Unfortunately, most of the times generator was running during our stay. Sink for wash basin was clogged. Car can be parked behind the hotel. 1 (4 beds room) out of total 3 rooms was spacious too. Very near to night market. ||Please beware of an old aunty, who is selling dry fruits near night market. When we came back from Diu and checked the weight. All dry fruits (cashew, raisin, etc) are only 40-50% of total purchased weight. We lost a big sum, as we purchased almost Rs 6000. I wanted to help the old aunty buy got cheated. She wraps the dry fruits with too many newspaper to increase the weight. She used 400g weight for 1 kg. This was our 2nd visit to her shop. We didnot expect that an old aunty can cheat.||Overall, recommended to stay here if you are on budget and specially if get promo room rate from booking websites. Hotel owner was really helpful. To hotel owner, please have the checklist to check on the items like sink, tv, clean bedsheet, etc before guest check-in.

Excellent staff and service, classy and comfortable rooms, clean and spacious washrooms with 24 hours running water (hot and cold) and TV with all channels (english and hindi). And all this is available at extremely affordable rates. If you are confused about which place to stay in Diu, pick this one. Trust me you won't regret it.

We visited Diu during Independence day long weekend and hence all the good stay options were booked. We booked Golden paying guest house at the last minute by transferring half payment online. We booked 2 family rooms. The family rooms were big enough to accommodate 4 guests. They also provided extra mattress. However, the washroom was quite small. The staff was humble and well behaved. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early too. All in all, an average stay.

They don't have place for parking. They don't have lift. Owner is good but staff is not good. Rooms are not safe as curtains on window are transparent and anybody can enter in your room if he/she wants to enter as stoppers need maintenance.

Although its noisy n need some maintainance . Its close to sea shore n main Diu market. We got this hotel in deal for Rs 1300/-. We were shifted in room 104 next day which was much better than 105. Hotel is no doubt best in service. They are always courteous n ready to help.
