Hotel Royal Garden

Quiet and silent place. You will love it as so much spacious parking and restaurant and food is very good. But The room is cozy, and as per the hotel name, it's not as par that. Rent should be 1500 as per room conditions.

Food quality is low. I have visited the place few days back order 4-5 items and only 1 item was good otherwise everything was average. Not expected from RG

The Hotel Royal Garden, whole property is spacious. But room's need to be maintained. Some finishing is required. Furniture are disrupted. WiFi not available. Food is tasty but the rate for same is higher side. Complementary breakfast available.

One of the best location to stay in Vapi. Absolutely comfortable & good food, good environment overall. Thanks for everything. Regards

Amazing experience of this 1 star motel....I have no idea how this motel works. I went in with my family for dinner at 7 pm, holding 3 month old infant with a 5 year old toddler, while my husband was parking the car no staff to open the door, no one to guide us to the table 2) For 15 mins we awaited to order the appetiser later when called, the captain showed up, we ordered prawns butter garlic he brought paneer butter garlic 3) no one served us, while I was serving myself there were 2 waiters who saw me but didn't bother later my husband served even water to me as i was holding my infant 4) after we were done with starters we awaited for 20 mins and then literally thrice we asked the waiter to call the captain, when my husband waved at the captain we thought he is coming to us but he went to the other table and I heard him saying in Hindi 'I was supposed to go to the next table first but came here', we still were waiting for him to take our order but he didn't come so my husband asked for getting the check (bill) when they still took long to get the bill my husband went to the counter and then the 'so called manager' brought the bill after 20 minutes. We didn't had our main course yet the staff was least concerned..!!!

Ambience was good but the food service wasn't. No staff was ready to cooperate since (i believe) the crowd was overwhelming for them and so they were not prepared. I wish they should set limit on how much crowd they can serve and accordingly they should welcome. Rest i wish them good luck.

Service is not good ... No response for service related queries... And not mentioned time for breakfast and etc...
