The Gold Beach Annexe

Staff is good! They try there best to connect with the customers but they are not able to give decent service! When had a word with manager he was like this is what it is!! He didn't had the audacity to apologize!! Infact his behavior was worst! Prices are more then Mumbai and quantity is very less! 1 portion of sabji is not enough for a single person as well but the charge is of double sabji! Over i will not suggest anyone to go there!!

It got all the facilities and infrastructures to relax , enjoy good ambience and quality restaurant foods.|I love this hotel to stay, rooms are well furnished and maintained. Noise level not high like devka beach road hotels.|Only thing I must mention that feeling sorry for the girls working beyond 10 pm. Management must cut down women's time upto 10 and male counterparts can take over.|Find Ms Kakoli as an excellent service provider and asset to the company. She works very hard and good service is her motto. Also Poulami Saha at the front desk is very polite and helpful.

A quite nice place makes you feel like you are at some out of country tour ! Very supportive staff. Restaurant dishes are a little expensive but worthy of its taste..! The swimming pool is very clean and clear both for children and adults...enjoying music and drinks !!!

My cousins marriage there will be one of the most memorable event of my life. I have not seen a more cooperative and warm staff than that of Gold Beach Annexe. The service was impeccable and the staff was going out of their way to ensure that the functions, parties and after parties happened smoothly. Never a grimace on anyone's face. Kudos! Clean rooms and hygienic ambience. The food was absolutely mind blowing with a variety of delectable choices. Would love to host an event there soon.

Disappointing Stay at Gold Beach Annexe Hotel We checked in today, expecting a comfortable and premium experience at Gold Beach Annexe Hotel, but sadly, it has been underwhelming so far. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. There was no greeting or effort to make us feel at ease, which was surprising considering the high price we paid. First impressions matter, and this one left us disappointed right from the start. The room, despite the premium pricing, does not cool properly. With the intense summer heat, this has made our stay quite uncomfortable. A good air conditioning system is a basic necessity -- not a luxury -- especially at a hotel in this price range. To top it off, the food is overpriced compared to the quantity served. The portion sizes are small and don't justify the cost at all. Overall, we expected better service, comfort, and value for money. Unfortunately, Gold Beach Annexe Hotel hasn't delivered on any of those fronts so far.

The Premises is well organised and maintained. Cottages for stay built well. Rooms are in far better condition. Food in their own restaurant is test really good. Specifically the server named Aman is well mannered and attentive. Overall the best...

We have stayed with family at this resort. Resort reception and house keeping staff behaviour is not good. Also top management behaviour not fair with guest. They are demanding unfair money from us with very bad behaviour. During stay we felt very unsafe. I don't recommend to others to stay here. Also internal hotel service very poor. Get initially clarity of all the things.

Worst Experience at the resort. Please do not visit the resort. Food is almost 3-4 times above the normal price(eg: Veg Biryani Rs465, Tea was Rs 160 , 1 lit water was Rs100). This resort runs mainly on the coupons sold outside. So this property is worth only for those who have coupons. All expensive. Since the property is new the rooms and amenities are good. Worst experience here is they charge for everything. Most of the things in the room are of glasses. One water drinking glass was broken and they charged for that as well. Beware before booking such property.
