Hotel The Emerald

We had horrible experience in this hotel because of blower noise throughout our stay! I have attached the noise video captured while staying! This has ruined our new year! We asked to change the room but they didn't bother to change our room! They just want money but don't bother to provide good services! Totally unacceptable! Breakfast was good! Room service was okay! They have their own restaurant!

Best service, Best food, best location and the best rooms. Hygiene is great. Pure Veg restaurants are very close by. Transportation is very easily available. Beach is walking distance from the hotel. Felt like resort. Thank you all the staff.

Location is very good. Walkable distance from Bus stand & Devka beach as well. Rooms are neat & clean. Staff is polite & cooperative. Breakfast was having few items, though same was good. If your budget is around 2.5-3K then you must give a try...

I had a very bad experience here the rooms not up to the mark, there were mosquitoes and ants everywhere in the room we stayed in the interconnected rooms as we were 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a dinner and breakfast there though the food was good but the staff was very arrogant ,no discipline at all, they were all mocking behind every guest. Which I felt really disturbing. They should at least train their staff and teach them some manners and how to behave. Will give only 1 star because they ruined our stay in daman.
