Hotel Sukh Sagar

Incompetent people running a restaurant. No basic manners given the staff. A small bottle of Sprite with MRP of Rs. 20 is charged Rs. 40. With no-one in the restaurant, we ordered food and waited for 45 mins. When asked why there is delay, the staff told us Parcel orders are being prepared and once that work gets over, they will prepare order of the people who have ordered food and r waiting patiently in the restaurant. Zero sense of ownership found in the staff and the Owner of the restaurant. Usually people in the service industry r very polite and they make the guest feel like God. Here in this restaurant, nothing of that even seemed when the owner passed by. I will *never recommend* anyone to go there for food... I left the place without food...Worst service ever

Worst experience. NEVER STAY FOR TOURISM IF YOU ARE A WOMEN OR COUPLE and staff maybe co-operative but doesn't respect privacy and extremely *UNSAFE FOR WOMEN*. Prefer any other hotel over this and doesn't provide justice to the services they say.

A lovely hotel and restaurant offering affordable rooms and known for its friendly staff. The dine-in restaurant provides a pleasant ambiance. The Chicken Sukh Sagar Special is a must-try with its amazing presentation and delicious taste. Pair it with Garlic Naan for a perfect combination with this gravy dish. It's an ideal spot for gatherings with friends and family, and I make regular visits whenever I'm in Daman.

Best value for money hotel. Room is clean. Staff is good. I love their food. Specially paneer chilli (everyone's taste is different). I liked it. Nice place for drink as well. Room + restaurant + wine.. ---- Edit on 20/7/2024 * No outside drink allow. They charged 50/- per bottle * if you buy any liquor from their hotel, they charged 30-40 rupee extra. Asked them about it, they said new menu is in printing process.

Washroom was not clean. The rooms are not well maintained, every room has AC their but they are not well maintained and not properly working. And also the staff doesn't have athics they directly entered room and start talking to the guest. In night we can't sleep properly as their is staff talks,laugh continuously too loudly. The worst experience i ever had their.

A budget hotel for family. It has few problems in service and infrastructure. Food is good at restaurant. Staff is less but they are very co-operative. Location is good. Market and food joints are nearby. Nani Daman fort, beach and jetty are at walkable distance.

The food of this hotel is good in taste. The starter are very good in taste. The punjabi cuisine is also good in taste. My favourite thing is the Schezwan Chutney of this hotel. The Schezwan chutney is very flavourful and appetizing in taste. The service is good. The ambience is okay. The food quality is well. The rates are reasonable. The parking space is not too small. You can park up to 5 Cars infront of this Hotel. Rating 3/5 Taste 3/5 Service 4/5 Ambience 2/5 Quality 3/5.
