It's negative stars in my opinion. Please don't reserve this Dharamshala. Please. Not for family; interest only applies to money, not services. No soap & towels in the room. AC and Gizzer are not functioning. The owner's behavior is very rude. Staff is not coming after so many calls. No extension phone in my room; bad smell and lots of mosquitoes. The receptionist ignores our complaints about everything and is preoccupied with running the restaurant. Although the location is nice, you should stay at a different hotel.

Room is a very good , cleaning , water available in bathroom gijer also present two bed room are very clean.

There are lot of mosquitoes in room, we have also told to staff, but they were not taken any action. We are not satisfied by them services.

This hotel is so pathetic that they do not care about their clients. We have paid for one day stay, and there is no electricity. While asking for return, reception guy do not want to answer anything and owner is escaped from the hotel. I would love to see this hotel fined for this and letting everyone know to not to book this hotel.
