Rooms: Spacious and clean. The rooms are well-maintained with ample space, making for a comfortable stay. Service: Average. The service was acceptable, though it didn't go above and beyond expectations. Staff were polite but could improve in terms of responsiveness and attentiveness. Food: Average. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of items but unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations. Some food items seemed lackluster, and there were issues with food quality, such as receiving slices of bread with fungus. Buffet Breakfast: While the selection was extensive, the quality and taste were disappointing. The variety was there, but the food lacked flavor, and hygiene concerns with the bread were concerning. Facilities: The hotel has a good outdoor play area with a swimming pool, badminton courts, and swings for children, making it a decent spot for family stays. This is a great feature for families with young children. Chlorine content in swimming pool water was too much that it stained our clothes. So dont wear your favorite clothes in swimming pool. Overall Experience: A solid choice if you're looking for a low-budget stay. While some aspects of the hotel could be improved, particularly the food and service, the value for money and family-friendly amenities make it a reasonable option for those not seeking luxury but simply a comfortable, affordable place to stay.

It's an average property. Not good not bad. Rooms could be a little better. Washrooms were not up to mark. The location is decent. If you get a good deal then you can stay. Otherwise there are other properties that you can consider on the beach side view. Breakfast was decent. They have a pool but access is through the restaurant or from the main road which is very in convenient. Washroom near to pool was dirty and smelling.

"Needs good maintenance" I stayed here in April 2025 and paid 3100 per night. Rooms are not well cleaned. The sliding window didn't close all the way, so lots of mosquitos came into the room. There was no resolution to this problem even after repeated complaints. Rooms have very low ceilings, so it m8ght be a problem for anyone above 6 ft. The swimming pool was dirty, there were tiles missing from the floor of the swimming pool. Restaurant had very few options. Staff was polite but seemed helpless.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms, services, and overall environment were appalling. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, making the stay a waste of both time and money. The pictures online are highly misleading--do not trust them. Not a single aspect of the stay was satisfactory. The door locks are faulty, causing people to get locked in. The AC remotes do not work, there is no proper ventilation in the rooms, and even the fan regulators are non-functional, making it impossible to adjust the speed. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Terrible hotel, shady and third standard with broken furniture, if you're here with family, you can get better options so grab them instead. My 75 year old mother got locked inside the washroom because the lock was faulty and then we had to get the lock broken. Reception staff is very cunning and will fool you into getting a room here so beware! Rest of the service staff is polite and nice. Food is average, swimming pool is just present for the sake of it. Look for better deals, don't spoil your stay.

Bad experience. Rooms are not cleaned. Bad smell coming from the pillow. Towels & pillow cover are horrible. Outside food is not allowed & restaurants are bad. No taste either. Flyers are on the food. Morning breakfast is also horrible.

Booked two roomed. Rooms as shown in the pictures was not the same. Looks damp. Ac was working very slowly. Tv was not working. Washroom was not kept with the essential things like bodywash, handwash. Food was good. Location was also good. Pool was ok. Not maintained upto the mark. They can improve in rooms by maintaining it upto the mark. Also improve the pool area. Update with live music, cleaning services, games etc.

Rooms are ok, but the room service is quite slow. As in we had to wait almost an hour for food from the time we ordered. Few times they even forgot to send food I had to remind them. Also their intercom was not working. Had to use mobile phone to connect to their room service. One more thing is whenever we order food we need to pay, it's not added in the hotel bill. Also to go towards swimming pool we need to cross their restaurant so it's little uncomfortable to walk across in wet clothes while everyone is watching you.
