Worst hotel I have ever seen. Don't stay here if anyone is with family. Staff is not good and rooms are also worst.

Rooms are good & hotel located is very good place and staff is also good enough. But issue with this hotel they don't have regular water supply (pls check water supply before checking in). The worst part is if you are staying from Monday to Sunday they are asking to pay extra amount for weekend due to more crowd in these days. I suggest do the online payment for all day so that no negotiation will happen. It happens with me cause I did it offline booking.

Igenerally stay in 3 to 4 hotels per month, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The television was not working, and there was no refrigerator, so I gave it a five-star rating for being unsanitary. They didn't have a dental kit and didn't have a good doormate, and the bedsheets were filthy. The only positive aspect was the location. Redevelopment of the hotel is required. The staff was excellent.

I had done prior booking in this hotel and as I entered, there was a very cold welcome from the Reception staff. The Receptionist or he can be an owner because I don't think they are aboe to hire a Receptionist was so rude and arrogant. No body asked for water or for welcome drinks. The room as well as the washroom was so small in size that a lodge could be a better option than this. No water bottles, toilet paper was privided till the time I did not ask them. Very bad Customer Service by the owners themselves so, can't blame the other staff. They were ready to fight with the customers.|Won't recommend anyone to even opt for this one. Just the wastage of money. Terrible experience.|P.S. - if you have exact check out time so make you follow the same for check in. People are traveling from various parts of the country and if they are booking online so you should arrange and manage the good on time so that customers do not have to wait. ||No pictures - there was not a single corner where a picture can b clicked. Very negative vibes and not worth it.

The hotel is closed by the police authorities, but the people allowed us in, saying that the front door was locked due to traffic reasons. We had to vacate in the morning when the police raided the place. The police were kind and cooperative.

Value for money hotel, location wise good. No WiFi range in room, food quality is average. The manager is really very helpful and rooms provided were also neat and clean. It is a good place to stay. The staff is courteous and helpful. All the basic amenities are provided by the hotel management.
