Hotel Blue Lagoon

Stay at Blue Lagoon was overall a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The bed was cozy and the shower had good water pressure, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when I needed directions. The location was convenient--close to restaurants and public transportation, which made getting around pretty easy. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, and the breakfast selection could've been better for the price. All in all, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I'd consider coming back if I'm in the area again.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly special. A special shoutout to Sanye at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. His friendly service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. We also want to extend our gratitude to the lady manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. One of the highlights of our trip was the boat ride with Ocean Lanka, where we had the amazing opportunity to watch dolphins in their natural habitat. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had a safe and memorable experience. Overall, Hotel Blue Lagoon exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!

At this hotel, the F&B staff abused me. I politely asked if I could get a half portion of curry, but the staff rudely replied, 'What are you saying?' When I requested khichdi with cauliflower and potato, he got frustrated and said, 'What is this?' Later, he even abused me by saying 'chup chutiye'. I immediately called the police and took action. Be careful if you plan to visit, especially for couples guys

Worst service, they say the food is ready but they take more time to served it and not even care that you are their. If their is big ocation is going on they just ignore your appearance. Don't even try to come on blue lagoon

Today I had very bad experience on service food not served till 35 min of order and irritating and irresponsible behavior by the restaurant staff They don't even care for the customer stood up and went without completing their dinner

The rooms were okayish But the staff in bar is good The suggest you stuff And the room service is good too And location is great btw On the main road

We enjoy our stay there..Room was neat and clean..Morning Breakfast also Good,Tasty and healthy..and kid friendly..

Worst ever experience in restaurant staffs are arrogant they do not reply appropriately , as well as very slow service, taste of food got compromise even we have to wait 10 min for water Never ever visit here
