Cidade De Daman Beach Resort

We hosted a wedding at Cidade De Daman and it turned out to be the best decision ever. From smooth guest services to ever-smiling and available staff to lip-smacking dishes, it was a fantastic experience. The whole event was flawless and we never had to look into the details as everything was just as it should be. The best part? The hotel and the decorators worked so well in tandem! Highly recommend Cidade for organizing weddings!

I had an amazing stay at Chidade Daman Beach Resort! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, with a peaceful beachside vibe. The food was absolutely delicious - full of flavor and served fresh. Special mention to the staff - their hospitality and service were outstanding, always helpful and polite. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great food and excellent service, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

We had a halt here for lunch. Fresh and good food they had served. The staff was courteous and polite. They customised the food preparation to suit my requirement for the kids. The view is amazing from the restaurant. It was bright and sunny when we had lunch . I am sure it would be mesmerising in the evenings.

I didn't stay at the resort but I went there for dinner so this is basically the review of restaurant. . 1. Most importantly the taste of the food is really good. 2. The ambience was really awesome. . .it was a dj night and he was impressive in his work. .played the suitable and enjoyable songs which suited the ambience. 3. The service and behavior of the staff was really impressive. Overall the experience was really good. We enjoyed the night.

All was good at the recent wedding event visit. All was properly arranged of course all depends on the budget you have for the functions. It has in house on board vendors and does not allow other vendor entry nor does it entertain queries on time for the information about the venue. It is too secretive or the staff is not allowed to entertain such queries. Management is less responsive. It is little expensive as compared to other hotels in the vicinity

Staff appointed at property seriously needs to learn to attend guests well and talk in a respectful manner. This resort is not a 7star property but staff here treats guests as if they are 7star. When you order tea, staff responds tea will be served after 1 hour not prior to that and if you want you can come at restaurant. When you go to restaurant staff is least bothered to take order. Food orders are not taken for 30 mins when they take they serve cold preparations which are barely edible. When you raise complaint with staff for mis-treatment they call bouncers & try to intimidate so that you drop your complaint. Room service is pathetic. You order 10 things you get nothing. They charge wrong bills to your room and they argue that you will have to pay. It took us 2 hours just to clarify that billing was wrongly done to us, we produced original paid bill of items we ordered along with online payment proofs but staff again intimidates us to pay wrong bill and no ready accept their mistake. Another important thing, this property claims to be a beach resort but they remove males from prime spots for pictures as if they are strays only to accomodate selective female guests. They didn't let us shoot sunset pictures claiming that some female guests have to click pictures. I would say even a lodge serves and treats its guest netter than staff of this resort. Dear management if you ever come across this review please take this very seriously as a feedback to improve.
