I had an absolutely terrible one-week stay at this hotel. While the food was just okay, it was disappointing that there was no buffet option. The cleanliness of the rooms was mediocre at best, and the bed was infested with bugs. The evenings were a nightmare with a swarm of flies and mosquitoes. To make matters worse, there was no laundry facility available, not even a paid one, which made the stay extremely inconvenient, especially for a week-long trip. The bed quality was far below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel--every morning, I woke up with body aches. The swimming pool was completely unusable, as there was no water in it. To top it all off, when it came time to check out, the card machine wasn't working, causing a lot of stress and nearly making us miss our flight. We had to borrow money to settle the bill, which was humiliating. I strongly advise anyone reading this to book a different hotel. No one should have to endure what we went through."

4 months ago we visited here for a food party with family friends. The waiters are so humble. Though we were about 20 people waiters were so patient. Food was great and they only took 10 minutes to bring the ordered items. It also has a convention centre in the same compound which is for marriages and other events. This hotel is good for office parties and other relatable private conferences

Surprise to find this hotel in middle of nowhere. Room was fresh and spacious, clean and hyginic washroom. Check in was very pleasant. Service could have been better in the room. Food could have been better but not bad. Hot water was not there but provided by bucket.

The hotel is located on the main road and gives a good range of meal option. Food was delicious but room service was slow. This is more than what you should expect at such a location. The hotel gives two options for stay - cottage rooms and regular hotel room. The cottage rooms are a lot quieter but appeared creepy in the night. The regular room gave an impression of sleeping on the road side. The rooms are spacious but average in quality. Nothing exceptional in the room.

Very good hotel. Clean and big rooms. The only problem is small AC of 1 ton. In summer it will surely create problem. AC should be big atleast 1.5 ton. Hotel staff very supportive and helps their possible best. Food quality is good. Restaurant is good. Morning breakfast very tasty with quality ensured and having nice variety. Bar very good. Pick up and drop is provided from railway station. From main city the hotel is quite far. Overall ok for place like korba.

Good service, nice food, comfortable rooms, with a nice lawn. But it is a bit far from the city.
