It's Just a good place to stay at an average range price. You can arrange family function like birthday celebration marriage anniversary or engagement ceremony hear at genuine price. Good for Middle class family function.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms were average . They could be more clean and maintained. There were two factors which I really liked .The very first is Service. The staff members were very well behaved and helpful. I reached Bilaspur around 3:30 am and there was a car waiting for me to pickup as promised. Service was very fast as well. Secondly, delicious food. We opted for complimentary bfast and we really enjoyed every bite of it. I would recommend this hotel for a budget stay. Its location is also at the center of busy Bilaspur city for a business trip.

Good restaurant. Pure vegetarian menu. Nice hall for birthday party and kitty party or other small functions. Good for business meeting. Slow service.

Good place good taste of food

Hello Hotel VINAYAK I had a very bad experience with you hence will be my first and last visit here. Starting from your staff specially the Manager Mr Sardaji chewing tobacco wearing blazer and using third grade cheap language. Hotel ambience and rooms are not that good as expected and as shown in various travel portals. Only Room service is excellent and food quality is good. One star is for that only. Thanks for pathetic services and horrible experience.

I like service and support from staff. Room was well maintained and spacious. There was full furniture in room. Cleaning was upto mark. Located very near to market area. Food was available at reasonable rate. I was satisfied with my stay.

I went to restaurant to have lunch.Food comes out and from the first bite, I'm in heaven. I have to seriously ask the waitress if she didn't mess up the order and slip some order. She laughs and says nope, really I enjoyed the food very much...

Located on the second and third floor of the Vinayak shopping arcade in the busy wholesale market area of Telipara in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, this is a well enough hotel with clean rooms and quality service, okay for a two -three night stay. Food is tasty but costly.
