Hotel The Emerald

I had ordered plain curd from their restaurant but these people sent me curd rice and when I complained about it they put the blame of their mistake on the delivery boy.Even after confirming with the delivery boy that he has delivered the correct order, the restaurant people are not accepting their mistake. And I have been calling their restaurant for the last 2 days, sometimes they pick up the call, sometimes they don't, and sometimes the call does not get connected, in this also they are telling that it is my mistake.And their staff is talking very rudely and is also misbehaving on call. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I travel to entire country n found this hotel to be close to heart. Hotel is three star rated having very comfortable rooms with spacious washrooms, reasonably priced, restaurant at first floor and club at second floor. Restaurant food is very good but not excellent with prices little more than regular price... Have basement parking for two n four wheelers. Excellent location ( near old bus stand n telephone exchange). The area is happening area of Bilaspur. Overall experience is awesome..

Seriously telling the rooms needs a make over. When I was here for a function, the rooms were not yet ready. They have an indoor bar and a lounge, which is pretty good . But the rooms need to improve. They have room services too, food is decent but they take centuries to come. Even if u sit in the restaurant, the food takes all most 50mins to come in which you loose your appetite. Overall the stay was good staff where friendly.

Comfortable stay. Good breakfast. Immediate response. Frequent power failure, immediately restored. TV connection failed in my room in one such power failure but was not corrected - so no tv.

Good experience & value for money

One of the best place for stay, party with friends and family including the great taste food we get here. If its. Weekend anf you are looking for a place to sit and chill with your friend the it's the best place to have a great time and stay is also better then any other hotel accompanied with clubbing. In bilaspur its simple, club means heavens park. And the best part is you will get all this things within your pocket limit.

It's great hotel but service is late

A business hotel providing basic services. The prices are reasonable & services offered are satisfactory. It is located in the central business district of bilaspur. It provides clean rooms, bathrooms & linen. It also has an attached restaurant & provides complimentary breakfast.
