Hotel Sharda

The service is very poor, the staff behaviour is very veryy very bad, there is no cleanliness, there are small insects ( kide makode) in the room.

Online price is 1.5 times higher than offline booking. Hotel is absolutely pathetic with the given price. Not a safe environment for a family. All the amenities are more than 10 yrs old and not working and very very dirty. Bed and linen you cannot use. You can see photos uploaded by me.

21/11/24 We are coming from Mumbai and Delhi, but the hotel's morning senior manager doesn't know how to talk properly. jaise baat krtaa hai ki vh ruum dekr hm pr ehsaan kr rhaa hai. Even it's located in centre of City But Need improvement in many areas.. espically hospitality services.

Very bad experience, smell in room,ac quality bad,not cool room.

I booked a room online through the official Sharda hotel booking site Ad1, which showed on Google Maps 2. I paid 1859.20 INR, including room charges and taxes. However, in the middle of the night, the hotel staff called me and said they had not received any money and demanded me to pay again 1860 rupees, which was more than the original amount. They also charged me for the online taxes, which I had already paid. This was very unprofessional and dishonest of them. The room was also very dirty and disgusting. The washroom and basin were not cleaned, and the blanket, bed sheet, and pillow were filthy and smelly. I did not use them at all, and I had to sleep with my shawl in the cold weather. I could not sleep well because of the stink and the noise from the other guests. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is a scam and a health hazard. They should be shut down immediately. Do not waste your money and time on this horrible place.
