Hotel Pratap palace

Very good rooms, well ventilated, enough light. AC, fridge, fan available. Staff courteous, restaurant is neat and clean, food is delicious although a bit costly compared to other citywide hotels and tier 3 cities. Lobby is wide and spacious.

Reviewing on the basis of my experience that is quite a lot, in terms of number of tim s I have visited. And not even once I have found the food not impressive. Every single time we try new items on the menu and all of them taste amazing... Food not dripping with oil, is served hot by very friendly staff who will also help take care of the toddler. Great experience

Excellent hotel, at par with any high end, 4-5 star property with great in room facilities, cleanliness, and comfort. Also, professional and helpful staff. Loved the experience. There are many issues with this hotel: 1. The receptionist at the hotel was found misusing my family's aadhar card. So don't provide ID to these people as it may be misused by the staff. 2. The phone in the room wasn't working (for a room they charged me Rs8400/night for) 3. The breakfast was bad and the items were not being refilled even after asking them repeatedly. Moreover the utensils were very dirty and seemed like they had not been cleaned. 4. The parking was very small and very inconvenient to park in and out of. 5. When I confronted the staff about the Aadhar card misuse, they were very unresponsive towards me. Overall, my worst experience with any hotel till date. I would advise you to stay away from this hotel. They will overcharge you and misuse your IDs. There are way better hotels at way lesser price than this in Jagdalpur.

Worst place I've ever stayed. The staff is cool but the major staff like their receptionist and the manager don't know how to treat and talk to their customers ... I found them very illiterate... Mostly the receptionist, she had so much vanity like she is the owner of the property... I suggest taking any doormatry somewhere else on behalf of this hotel
