OYO Hotel Royal

This one was the worst staying experience I have ever had. Let me tell you the exact reason why: 1) Location is between very busy market you can't even see the enterance of the hotel. 2) They dont have there own parking space, you need to park your vehicle at your own risk away from the market. 3) The staff was very rude in behaviour you can expect any kind of services from them. 4) They dont have a kitchen so when we asked for a cup of tea in the morning and a serving plate at night, it was unfulfilled. 5) There js shortage of water, also their appliances like TV and AC was not working properly. 6) For a hotel with a price of 1000+ rs it is totally a waste of money. I will recommend anyone to book any other hotel instead of this.

Nice hotel in Rajnandgaon... Neat and clea rooms

Location is good... Newly renovated property...No lifts.... No water in washroom between 01.00 am & 05.00 am ( it's a rule of the hotel)... Till 9.00 pm you can't park your vehicle infront of the hotel (Major problem.)

Price which was listed on oyo wasn't followed, these people asked for 300 bucks more than what was listed or the check-in was denied. Guests shouldn't be like a game play between the hotel owner and booking platform. They said it like, call oyo customer care and tell them to increase their tarriff. It's not the duty of the guest. Cheap behaviour by the owner.

The hotel just has a name tag from OYO but doesn't has that standard. The hotel staff follow their own policies which are against the ones mentioned in OYO listing. Like no unmarried couple allowed here, no smoke and drinks allowed in room. Also, the room construction with an absurdly elevated washroom made it look like a cheap lodge. The service was pathetic as there wasn't a card or any online payment option, no water serviced in rooms until asked and the worst of all...when we booked the room for 3 we were charged for extra person however no extra mattress was provided and even the staff didn't bother to arrange and straight away denied stating that they don't have any mattress and normally take it on rent to which I was shocked. Last but not the least, location is impossible..in the middle of crowded market with no parking or even a place to halt a 4 wheeler for more than 2 minutes. Rooms on 2nd/3rd floor with no lift facility. Edit- Booking through OYO also showed breakfast included where as it wasn't provided

Clean and a well maintained place , only issue is that it's situated above the market place and many bikes are present infront of the entrance! Also warm water supply is very limited

Best location for unmarried couple

I don't know that y reception person has take my photo by phone, as I already submitted driving license as identity. It's not in any guidelines of cg state and oyo guidelines. Rest service is good but this thing disappoint me.
