Hotel Vennington Court

I had to cancel my room reservations after my friends checked in, due to an issue at reception. They had brought packed sweets and chocolates, but the hotel did not allow any outside food and insisted on keeping them at the front desk. Despite my efforts to explain, the staff remained inflexible. I felt they could have handled the situation with a bit more understanding. The hotel seems to strictly follow rules without much room for exceptions. On the positive side, the food served at the hotel is good, and the location is convenient. However, some rooms had a stuffy odour. Although we requested a room change, the response was slow, which ultimately led us to shift to another hotel. Overall, the experience felt very much like "take it or leave it." I'd advise future guests to clarify all policies in advance before booking.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior We recently hosted a party at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The executive chef was incredibly rude and disrespectful. In the name of hospitality, the service was pathetic. Without informing anyone, food items were removed from the live counter even though no guest had touched or consumed anything from there. There were around 80 people in our gathering, and we found the presentation of the food--especially the gupchup--to be appalling. The container had about 20-25 pieces left at the bottom, all looking stale and unappealing. When we raised our concerns with the management, the executive chef responded with arrogance and misbehavior. When asked to leave, he rudely claimed, "This is my hotel, I'll stand wherever I want. Who are you to question me?" He even tried to physically intimidate us. The food quality was just as disappointing. The pulao had stale vegetables like carrots and beans, giving it an unpleasant taste and smell. Despite the confrontation with the staff, no one offered an apology for their shocking behavior and poor service. This hotel has the worst hospitality I've ever experienced. Their staff is untrained, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional. Our evening was ruined because of them. I would strongly advise against booking this venue for any event.

The rooms were not properly cleaned and maintained, the couches had cigarettes burn. When we ordered water, they sent disgusting two turbid, almost dirty water which was not at all healthy for consumption and hazardous to health. After confronting, they sent us two bottles of water which were better. But it shouldn't even happen at the first place. I just checked out after that, because if they can't serve drinkable water, idk they lost my trust after that. The place is for sure contaminated. Never staying there again. It's such a cozy place for small.& Large gathering, kitty party, friends get together, B'day party. It's much affordable & much peaceful than most of hyped hotels

Room is good but little smaily they felt that you r poor when u checked in via auto i just visited and stay here the receptionist said that sir 5000 ka ayega hanare yha room.. vo apko judge krenge phle ki tum le paoge kya room feeling vad for all of this

Everything is good. But once we checked out and was waiting in lobby for some time the staff behavior changed as if we are sitting free of cost. Even during lunch we were ushered out of the restaurant to some small table area staying some exiting customer are allowed in main restaurant. This is very bad

Excellent stay. Excellent service. Very nice food. Initially I saw some negative reviews and got scared to go. But from the time of visit to check out, everything is flawless. Cleanliness is well maintained throughout. Staff response was very polite and prompt. Only one suggestion is - please improve the hygiene of swimming pool. No one was there near swimming pool to guide. There were some insects and dirt over the water. Please improve it.

We had lunch and it was excellent.. service was very friendly and prompt.
