Hotel Udaydeep

Don't go to this hotel, they are a fraud, first they told us we can chekout till 12 noon but, i check out at 11 they demand me 1 day extra charge... Very bad hotel dont go, no hospitality, they know only money fraud2.......

Second time staying here and the experience was worst. Very arrogant reception staff. Thought of staying for 7 days, but checked out on the second day and tried another hotel near by.

Verryy verrryy baddd,veryyy unsafe for family,smelly bathrooms,cigarette smokes comes in the room,guys knock the door in the midnight n in drunken state...too bad experience,its horrible.

Very poor blanket, bedsheets and pillow are full of dirty smell. unhygienic place please do not book after sleeping one night I have eitching in my body.

Well, we stayed there for almost 3 days. It was a great experience. Staff are a bit amateurish but friendly. Overall good budget hotel, highly recommended it if you plan to stay near raipur railway station.

Housekeeping needs improvement. No hot water for bath in the tap. Bucket full of hot water served on request. Cable TV not working. Good if you prefer AC room for reasonable price with compromise on above listed issues.

I was on a work trip to Raipur last month and stayed at this hotel for two days. The place is just across the Railway station and offered me Air Conditioned rooms for as cheap as 900 bucks. The rooms were decent for a single person, a couple may need to pick the higher priced room at 1250. ||||However, there was no hot water facilities in the room but the regural tap water was itself boiling hot due to the heat problem since it was peak summer and Raipur was boiling. Room Service is pathetic. Even after asking for some water repeatedly, they failed to deliver it and it was only served once I went to the reception and lodged a complain with the manager, who I must say seemed a nice Punjabi fellow. They claim that they have a restaurant but its not actually a restaurant but just a small rooms with some desks. The facilities outside the room was pathetic. ||||There were frequent powercuts and backup power was not provided adequately even though there were generators. I had to stay in the room without any electricity for more than 3 hours in two days.||||Overall experience was too bad, but the facilities in the room for the rates they charged were ok. Not good for people on holidays.
