Location is too good. Nearby to railway station. Clean and good rooms. Service is also good. But the workers will ask u for extra tips. That's embarrassing.

There are AC and Non AC room.... Non AC rooms are 350 single bed and 500 for double bed...rooms are pretty average but considering the price it's reasonable....the outside area of the room or the hall area is a bit mess not cleaned.... Overall if u are considering a cheap place to stay you can go here but have to neglect a thing or two

Hotel location is good...but rooms are not maintained properly..in my room every were German cockroaches are move

Stayed at Hotel Sun-Om during a business trip, and I was inpressed by the facilities provided. The Wi-Fi was strong, the room was well- furnished, and the staff were professional. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

rooms, bad service , unprofessional staff. The place was so shady they didn't even refund our money , we had to checkout early because of untidy place and location . Even the staff is not at all considerate after multiple complaints Bad service also no any amenities in thia hotel,not recommended to family and any singe guest also very boaring and negative environment

According to the price rooms are ok, but there will be a lot of network issues. Most of the time the internet, calls for a personal phone is not working. If it will be working then the voice will not be clear. I was facing this problem both days when i stayed here I have jio 4g and airtel sim both were getting the same issue

They are the only one to allow couple in the town. Customer service is satisfactory and staff were really kind. As per the Location it's a few meters walk from the station. Overall it's an amazing hotel in the town to stay on.

A theft had taken place today, early in the morning in room number 109. Guest's cell phone, cash, and a packet of edible things were stolen. Very very poor management. There is no safety system from inside the room. The doors are easily accessible from outside so also windows. No CCTV cameras were installed neither on gallery nor in the main gate. Very very poor co operation from the staffs. While asked to give owner 's number they denied. Not even trying to compensate.
