Hotel Solitaire

I stayed at this hotel on December 14, 2024. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, I had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom. Despite my complaint, the technician was unable to resolve it that night, but it was fixed early the next morning after I complained again. I appreciated the hotel manager visiting me to inquire about my issue. The restaurant was average, with limited food options. Additionally, there was a noticeable cigarette smell, and they should improve hygiene in the restaurant. Since my flight was early in the morning, I requested a packed breakfast, which they initially agreed to, but they failed to provide it in the morning.

Rooms are just bigger in size but not clean. There was fungus in the washroom due to seepage, linens were dirty with stains. I stayed there for 3 days but linens were not changed even once after multiple requests. I recommend not to order anything from restaurant, Day1- i ordered kebabs in starter followed by main course and it was a disaster. Starters were cold as it was kept for 30+ mins before serving, main course - street food vendors make better chinese than them. Day2- i gave them order and explained about previous day issue, this time Starters were received when I finished eating my food. Day3- i ordered a club sandwich which was priced around Rs.275/- what i received was 2 slices of bread with counted french fries (photos attached for reference) These guys are least bothered about customer service & arrogance is on another level. I had to continue my stay as it was all prepaid for all days. Mosquitos will welcome you as soon as you enter the room & washroom.

Food quality is good but breakfast option they do not have. Cockroch are moving on the floor and ants are below the bed.

I, along with my colleague, recently stayed at Hotel Solitaire in Raipur for three days, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient as it was near our office, saving us travel time and making our stay stress-free. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring that everything was spotless and organized every day. The hotel staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, which added to the positive experience. The food at their restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The variety, taste, and quality of the meals exceeded our expectations, making every meal a delightful experience. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the dishes were consistently delicious and well-prepared. Another noteworthy aspect was their airport pickup and drop service, which was not only punctual but also very convenient, especially for business travelers. Considering all the amenities, the hotel is very affordable, offering great value for money. Overall, Hotel Solitaire is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Its strategic location, top-notch facilities, and attentive service make it a place I would highly recommend. We left with a positive impression and would undoubtedly choose this hotel again for our next visit to Raipur.

The hotel was so good, I stayed there three days.. and I felt very comfortable there. The hotel staff was so good and nice, especially the Manager guy Mr. Nomesh who is very much polite and bindaas positive approach. I didn't feel as I was staying here in this hotel for the first time. Especially thanks to cook of this hotel who prepared delicious breakfast and dinner.

Hotel Solitaire @ Raipur needs major overhaul in customer service & housekeeping to avoid losing customers||1. No hand towel or soap or handwash in washroom!!|2. Shaving & toothbrush kit not available & given after enquiring!!|3. Hotel water during shower in morning is a rare phenomenon & even after informing front desk no improvement!!|4. Breakfast was supposed to be packed by 7am which was informed at reception previous evening - no information passed to morning duty staff @ reception which led to NO PACKED BREAKFAST while leaving for airport!! Front desk totally clueless ||These issues were not there even 4-5 months back as I am regular traveler to Raipur & stay @ this hotel but seems service has detoriated drastically and nobody is concerned

Very warm and welcoming staff and decent and Clean rooms , value for money. Good for meetings and buisness engagements, ample space available for parking. Nice and cosy bar available for client engagements. Discussion space and conference and wedding halls are also there in the basement. 24 HR wifi connectivity.

Decent hotel with large rooms. Food is good and it is centrally located which is very convinent. Staff is courteous and will make your stay pleasent. Rashmi Ratnakar manager of the hotel will ensure all your queries will resolved. Will defenately recommend .
