Hotel Laksh

I have been staying at this hotel since 2nd May, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. In the past three days, there has been electricity for only around 10 hours in total. Power cuts are constant, and there is no backup available. On one entire day, the AC did not work at all, and I had to argue with the staff just to get my room changed. Even after changing rooms, there is still no power. The Wi-Fi doesn't work either, and the staff are not only unhelpful but also rude and abusive. Despite raising these issues multiple times, there has been no proper response or resolution. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The basic amenities are not provided, and the staff's attitude makes the situation even worse. Avoid this place if you're looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

I stayed at this hotel on 30th December 2024 for a day and checked out early morning. The hotel staff was available all night, which was convenient. The hotel is situated in a prime location, but it requires a 2-minute walk to reach the main road. There are markets nearby. However, the rooms felt damp, the washroom door wouldn't close properly, and the bed was small. The lack of a window in the room was a downside. I didn't try the restaurant, but they allow outside food and provide plates and spoons. The receptionist lady was very polite, and the service boy was excellent. Overall, it was an average stay.

I want to share my worst experience from this hotel...I lost my S9FE tablet from this hotel...I was very sure that my tablet was stolen from any of the staff from this hotel during my shifting to the room...I visited this hotel with police but they deleted the cctv footage of that duration during my check in and they made excuse that it's been deleted permanently....I know the all lied ...I tried hard ..I visited from far just for that tablet but I didn't got my tablet ...I request all u to not stay inthis hotel...it's all though have better facilities but the staff and member are very pathetic and thief .stealing the things of their customer...and the manager is full arrogant ,rude...very bad behaviour..he not helped us in anyway ..we visited from very far ..felt helpless...plz plz ..never prefer this hotel....if anyone want to save their costly things....no words to say . How anyone could steal anyone tablet from such a luxurious hotel...very pathetic very pathetic....

Good hotel rooms, neat and clean. The location is also okay, not far from railway station. Don't order from their room service, it is too slow. They took order saying that they will send in 15-20 minutes but took an hour to deliver. I was in hurry and got late because of it, I ended up not having the entire breakfast also. They still charged full money for the breakfast. When I asked them after 45 minutes I want to cancel it, they said it can't be canceled. So don't order from their restaurant at all especially in the morning if you are in hurry.

Situated at the center of city nice and spacious rooms. Hotel Staff are very cooperative. Pure Veg Good Food quality.

A good, budget business hotel. Booked online since got a good deal. No frills. Good for a transit halt and for short term overnight stay. The hotel is situated in a bylane off the main Jaistambh chowk road, where getting a car can be a challenge. Just ten minutes from railway station. You can walk to the main road and catch an EV rickshaw or Uber Ola. Since my husband and I just stayed for one night in the Superior, it was manageable. The lobby and rooms are centrally air conditioned. the room was clean and modern. It also had a 75 inch Sony LED flat screen. However, the wifi was down all night. The window panes are frosted so, no outside views. The staff was courteous and helpful. No toiletries, hot kettle, cutlery, robes, etc are provided. Hot water in the shower. The hotel allows Zomato Swiggy food drops.
