Hotel Indian Heritage

I recently stayed at Hotel Indian Heritage in Raipur, and overall, the experience was quite average. The rooms are okay in terms of size and basic amenities, but the linen definitely needs better cleaning and maintenance. The washroom was disappointingly small, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue I faced was that no drinking water was provided, which is quite surprising and inconvenient for guests. With some improvements in cleanliness and better facilities, the hotel could offer a much more comfortable stay. **Rating:** 2.5/5

The experience was below average Room is not so good according to the price for 1day they charge 2300/- and the breakfast arrangment was not appropriate Station front aide hotels are far better than this

The best part of the hotel is location and ambience. Hotel provides best quality food as well as staf behaviour is also good. I am staying here since last 5 months and I never search any other option for stay. I strongly recommend every one for family or official stay.

Hotel doesn't have a good parking space, the rooms are very small and breakfast is terrible. They tried to provide luxury experience but failed to. Washrooms were not cleaned properly especially the pot. There was no dustbin in the washroom. Toiletries were provided. Managers are very unprofessional in terms of hospitality. They lack humbleness and tend to be a bit rude.

The hotel is walking distance from Raipur railway station. Rooms were comfortable and all front staffs were supporting. Had a pleasant stay there

A Experience on Visit to this Hotel is extremely very memorable.... :- Their Ambience is pleasant and Eye catching ... :- The most Attractive thing is their Food as they serve it with Open heart and the taste is so DELICIOUS!! :- The Staff Including Kitchen, RESTURANT and Parking are well mannered and kind Natured Do Visit this Hotel near by Station for a great Experience

When the hotel was new they will take care of customers very well but now the hotel is changed totally.. Not good now for corporate for regular uses .. Room is available but not Giving in regular tarrif and asking to book online in 3times higher rates . It shows that customer doesn't matter to hotel .. Thus is 2nd Time happened the same thing ..yesterday(23rd June ) in afternoon I booked Room and when I reached Hotel at 10:0pm the hotel is sold out ... When I ask manager they are seeing or blaming each other.. Asking for seniors no.(MD) then told me not allowed.. Finally I will never prefer this Hotel to official persons because the staff is not professional or if anyone booked pls take confirmation on mail otherwise they will surprise you
