- Rooms were quite ordinary for the price they charge (over Rs.2.3K/night). - The overall vibe was that of an old and outdated property - Check 4 rooms before settling - Most had a damp or fungal smell. Pros: + They have a lift + Decent and polite staff + Parking space is available + Buffet breakfast was decent (7/10) + Rooms arw big and specious but old/out dated feel (Dim lights) Cons: - Rooms don't justify the pricing - Litterally garbage view from the room - No complimentary water bottle (charge 30) - Bathrooms were cleaned, but had a bad smell and fittings were not functioning properly

An average okayish stay experience if you are in transit. Rooms are old and need renovation. Buffet breakfast is bland! The saving grace is clean linens. Also location is good and Ola Ubers are easy to call by.

Experience in this hotel stay was very bad, I can say it terrible. Hotel is rated 3 star but rating service was third class. No complementary water bottle. No quick service. Room cleaning was so bad. Room maintenance is highly required. Not looked like a 3 star hotel. I will never recommend anyone to stay with family.

An HORRRIBLE experience for the price You pay . Let me explain why , Me and my family reached here around 11 AM as our bus got a little late but hey earlier said that it'll take a few minutes to check in for a room . Guess what They took around 30 minutes for just CHECK IN !!. It was so irritating cause we wanted to go to washroom and we were tied af. When my father pointed it out the receptionist even Argued with him in a not so friendly tone. The manager came and it still took more 10 minutes to get us a room . And the room we got Had cockroaches and Bugs and AC wasn't working and had paints out . We paid 2600 for just 8 hours of stay and the experience was as I mentioned HORRIBLE. We ordered food and they Took more than 1.5 hours to prepare it Irony is that they don't even allow food from outside . RECOMMENDED TO AVOID IT UNTILL YOU HAVE NO CHOICE LIKE WE DID.

Rooms not clean. Too expensive for the quality of the room. There were bugs cockroachs and even rats in room. Too arrogant manager made us pay extra one days charge for being 5 mins late for checkout and we had to totally reschedule our trip because of that. The food in restaurant was not at all good and they do not allow outside food. Do not go there even if you don't have any other option.

It was great just the WiFi problem when I get access to WiFi it's very very slow but it's understandable how many people are connected to it but half of the time not even half more then 99% time the WiFi is placed soo far I cannot even get access to it the food was good and rooms were clean but there was sooo many smoking people it creates a smell that was bad nothing else just 2 problems service was great the people were talking politely and were sweet
