Rate is slightly above normal rate. You get the room in 2000-2100 with buffet Breakfast. Very clean rooms n extra fresh. Awesome experience. Whenever I visit Raipur I always go this hotel.. excellent location on Fafadih chowk. Car n two wheeler parking space availabl. Food is tasty.. come here with friends n family it's good experience

Rooms are tiny but good. Tv no recharge. And most room service is very poor.. you have to make 3 are 4 time call then you will get what you want.. very lazy room service..

I booked executive room for 3 days but they changed to deluxe room as AC was not working. Perfectly managed by the receptionist without saying a single word. Only say floor corridors were dark and less ventilation.

take all detail while check in . they charged me 2 days for 18 Hr stay . i was not informed about 12 noon checkout or nothing displayed at reception .

Located close to Railway station and Medical college. Wi-Fi connectivity is good and fast. Staff behaves politely. Food quality is average and minimum order time is 30 minutes, Room condition and AC performance are average. Hotel entrance is getting renovated. | |

Foods are cheap and ladies waiter do best job in quick serving. I liked manager who offered me sweet pan after food. Hotel to stay is just OK but at very reasonable rate. Safe and nearby Railway Station.

Management were very rude. Never trust there commitment. During check in they will say X% discount with low budget rooms.. But check out time no discount with high value rooms.. And they will say how its possible, Who told you about discount and you have to pay full amount. Unprofessional staff and management. Room service very bad. Rooms are not payble as you have to pay. If nagetive (-) available I'll give -*. I'll recommend you not visit this hotel.
