Hotel City Pulse

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and I was very highly impressed by both the Rooms and the Staff. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. All the appliances were well maintained. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and I liked the ambiance. I think they have a very good chef and hope they can hang onto him :)||||With the main hotel itself the staff went out of their way to make my parents stay as comfortable as they could. ||||For the price point in that location I would give the City Pulse 10/10 in Service, Quality and Food.

Good hotel if you want to go for one of the budget friendly ones. Rooms are decent, service is good..... The only drawback is that the complementary breakfast isn't really a buffet..... But, I feel it's a minor inconvenience overall

Good wifi. Bathroom is spacious and hygiene is maintained on and off the room. Hotel is pleasant and breakfast is good. Service is an issue because manpower is less. Food is not at all good. Infact, my stomach still grumbles from the time i had my first lunch in their restaurant.

I had a recent stay at this hotel (11th Feb-23 till 15th Feb-23) for attending a Conference at Pt. Deendayal Auditorium, Raipur. Mr. Ajay of this hotel supported us by collecting the courier I sent and kept it ready during my arrival. The Prices are also affordable for a decent and hygienic stay. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I was very my impressed with their hospitality and approaches. Especially their complimentary breakfast were delicious . Also they had arranged the transport (Auto) in Midnight and gave a send off. Thanks, Mohammed Abuthaheer. (Tamilnadu).

A great hotel to stay in. I booked room for 2 days and the stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Location is good and easy to access. Beautiful, spacious and extremely clean rooms with all facilities as quoted. Hotel staff is very helpful. Restaurant is having a really good ambiance with taste! Overall hotel City Pulse is very good and is one of the best hotel i found in Raipur in this price range. To be mentioned (even at midnight 3am staff was ready to help) so the service was excellent!|I will rate it as-|Service 5/5|Quality 4/5|Food 4/5|Worth of money 5/5.

Really unorganized. No proper wifi connectivity, TV may stop working anytime. Ac is O.K. Wifi range really poor. Staff unorganized but helpful. Breakfast complementary but quality highly compromised not good. You may be forgotten to be served the breakfast to your room as the staff may mistake you have already left.

Hotel city pulse in raipur is a value for money hotel. Their rooms are large and interior is good. Though they are rigid for time and do not consider early check in or insist to cancel Oyo booking and book the room in a higher rent without oyo. My first visit was good but in second visit they were very uncooperative so I changed the hotel. Though as far as room is concern, that is good.

Good service, good rooms. There is no views out the window as such, but in a location like this, it would be difficult to get any views. We paid 1600/night for 3 ppl in one room.
