Worst hotel at raipur, staff is unprofessional and they demand for extra money after check in , food is very bad in taste , rooms full of cockroaches,not value for money more than 300

Good place for unmarried couples if you want to just need a place for a few hours. But still its not worth more than Rs 500. Won't recommend for married couples who want to stay 12 hours or more as its dirty as hell. Even the staff doesn't know which room is occupied and which is not, they gave us occupied room and then changed it to another. They will even check you in when all the rooms are full and then after payment tell you that so and so room will be checked out in 10 minutes. Rooms are dirty (I am not exaggerating), the bed sheet linens have stains of yellow and even human fluids (you know what i mean) and there's this giant exhaust with a big hole on top. Sometimes they give "your" room to new customers and they will knock the door while you are in your full heat inside. And if its night the staff will themselves knock the door like hell for asking if we need any food (they don't have any landline telephone for such purpose). Bathroom have dirt (mitti) and wet all the time. The floors aren't mopped properly as they have slipper dirt footprints. AC have water leakage problem. Washbasin are dirty. Wadrobe are stained with brown dirt. They also keep the AC remote in reception so you have to ask them to give remote. Not worth more than Rs 500 at any cost.

If I can give minus rating than I will. First of all it is shown 800 rs. In make my trip and the manager has asked for 1400 rs. Then also I went for a.c. remote & tv remote about 10 times that day.bit they haven't given. Bathroom was horrible. Rooms were untidy. Very unsupporting staff.

Would rate minus if it would have. Just pathetic. I asked before reaching, I need a family room and we have a kid with us. When i enetered to my surprise, the dust bins were not clean, the bed linen had hairs on it, AC water was dripping right on the head board which will cool ur head while u r sleeping, bath rooms were used, and many others memorable points to add to. When we complained the same, they started arguing. We thought of checking out to which they say money can't be refunded. After so much of argument they finally refunded our money. Would rater say, stay away from such cheaters.
